Consultant RAN Project Delivery Manager

Details:

Support the design, integration, and deployment of ZTE RAN products (e.g., LTE, 5G NR, and future technologies).

Ensure proper functionality and configuration of RAN products in line with customer requirements.

Collaborate with R&D and product management teams to specify, validate, and improve product features.

Perform performance analysis and optimization of RAN solutions, focusing on capacity, coverage, and user experience.

Analyze and resolve technical issues related to RAN products, such as coverage gaps, interference, and service degradation.

Collaborate with network planning and operations teams to implement optimization changes.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Electronics, or related field.
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in wireless network optimization (preferably with ZTE equipment).
