About the job

We are seeking highly qualified and experienced Technical Trainers to deliver specialized training programs in Abu Dhabi across the following domains:

CCU & UPS Installation and Configuration (Schneider, Airdale, Denco, Vertiv)

EcoStruxure IT On-Site System Training (NetBotz Overview, Installation & Configuration)

Cable Management (Panduit or Equivalent)

HSE – Scaffold Safety Certification Training

Trainer Responsibilities:

Design and deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions tailored to the audience’s technical level.

Prepare and maintain course materials, manuals, and assessment tools.

Conduct pre- and post-training assessments to evaluate knowledge transfer.

Ensure training aligns with industry standards and manufacturer-specific requirements.

Provide practical demonstrations, simulate real-world scenarios, and support lab/workshop-based learning where applicable.

Keep up to date with the latest developments in tools, technologies, and safety protocols.

Submit training reports and feedback summaries to the organizing team.

نحن نبحث عن مدربين فنيين مؤهلين وذوي خبرة عالية لتقديم برامج تدريبية متخصصة في أبو ظبي في المجالات التالية:

تركيب وتكوين وحدات التحكم المركزية ووحدات UPS (Schneider، Airdale، Denco، Vertiv)

تدريب نظام EcoStruxure IT في الموقع (نظرة عامة على NetBotz، التثبيت والتكوين)

إدارة الكابلات (Panduit أو ما يعادلها)

HSE - تدريب على شهادة سلامة السقالات

مسؤوليات المدرب:

تصميم وتقديم جلسات تدريبية تفاعلية وجذابة مصممة خصيصًا للمستوى الفني للجمهور.

إعداد وصيانة المواد الدراسية والأدلة وأدوات التقييم.

إجراء تقييمات ما قبل التدريب وما بعده لتقييم نقل المعرفة.

تأكد من أن التدريب يتماشى مع معايير الصناعة ومتطلبات الشركة المصنعة المحددة.

تقديم العروض العملية ومحاكاة السيناريوهات الواقعية ودعم التعلم القائم على المختبر/ورشة العمل حيثما كان ذلك مناسبًا.
