Open Positions & Descriptions
1. Painter / Denter / Polisher
- We are seeking professionals with expertise in automotive body repair and finishing. The Painter will be responsible for vehicle painting, ensuring smooth and flawless finishes.
- The Denter will carry out dent removal and panel beating, while the Polisher will work on surface refinement.
- Ideal candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in the automotive sector, preferably within the UAE or GCC, and must be detail-oriented with hands-on skills.
2. Automotive Technician (Repair & Diagnostic)
- As an Automotive Technician, you will diagnose, repair, and maintain a wide range of vehicles. You must possess solid mechanical knowledge and hands-on experience in using diagnostic tools.
- Responsibilities include identifying faults, conducting regular inspections, and performing technical repairs.
- A diploma or degree in automotive technology and 2-3 years of industry experience are required. UAE/GCC experience is a plus.
3. Team Leader / Service Advisor / Bodyshop Advisor (Estimator) / Parts Advisor
- These roles are crucial for ensuring smooth workshop operations.
- The Team Leader will oversee workflow and staff. The Service Advisor will handle customer relations and job orders.
- The Bodyshop Advisor (Estimator) will assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates.
- The Parts Advisor will manage the inventory and supply of automotive parts.
- All candidates must have a relevant degree/diploma and 2-3 years of experience in the automotive field, ideally within the UAE or GCC.

الوظائف المتاحة والوصف الوظيفي
1. فني دهان / سمكري / ملمع سيارات
- نبحث عن محترفين في صيانة هياكل السيارات والتشطيب النهائي. مسؤوليات الدهان تشمل تنفيذ أعمال الطلاء بجودة عالية، بينما يتولى السمكري إصلاح الصدمات وإعادة تشكيل الألواح، ويعمل الملمع على تحسين مظهر السطح الخارجي.
- يجب توفر خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في المجال، ويفضل وجود خبرة داخل الإمارات أو دول الخليج.
- سيقوم الفني بتشخيص الأعطال وإصلاح وصيانة المركبات. يشترط وجود معرفة تقنية متقدمة وخبرة عملية باستخدام أدوات التشخيص. تشمل المسؤوليات تحديد الأعطال، إجراء الفحوصات، وتنفيذ الإصلاحات الفنية.
- يتطلب المنصب شهادة دبلوم أو بكالوريوس في تخصص السيارات، وخبرة من 2 إلى 3 سنوات في المجال.
3. قائد فريق / مستشار خدمة / مستشار ورشة (تقدير أضرار) / مستشار قطع غيار
- تشمل هذه الأدوار مسؤوليات إدارية وفنية لضمان سير العمل في الورش.
- يشرف قائد الفريق على المهام اليومية، ويقوم مستشار الخدمة باستقبال العملاء وتنظيم طلبات الصيانة، ويختص مستشار الورشة بتقدير أضرار المركبات، بينما يدير مستشار قطع الغيار المخزون وتوريد القطع.
