Prepare yearly Nationalization Plans that are communicated to departments and are reviewed on a monthly basis to ensure adherence.

Prepare the yearly Manpower budget to be reviewed by the Manpower Planning Committee for submission to the RTA Board.

Study all new requirements for positions and classification and provide recommendations to the Manpower Planning Committee or the HRD Director or Section Manager as required.
