 Company Lawyer

Key Responsibilities:

Provide accurate, timely, and strategic legal advice across various business functions.

Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents with suppliers, partners, and clients.

Ensure the company complies with all applicable laws and regulations in the UAE, particularly in Dubai and Sharjah.

Represent the company in legal proceedings, government matters, and external legal communications.

Advise on labor laws, commercial law, tenancy contracts, and trade regulations.

Handle disputes, claims, and litigation matters efficiently.

Maintain relationships with external legal firms when necessary.

Stay up to date with new legislation, regulations, and legal trends in the UAE.

Qualifications and Skills:

Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) or equivalent; UAE bar admission preferred.

Minimum 5 years of proven legal experience in the UAE.

Strong understanding of UAE civil, commercial, and labor laws, with emphasis on Dubai and Sharjah jurisdictions.

Excellent command of Arabic and English (written and spoken).

Strong negotiation, drafting, and communication skills.

Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple legal matters independently.

Furniture indoor sales

 Role Description

 

This is a full-time on-site Furniture Indoor Sales role located in Sharjah. The Sales role will involve day-to-day tasks related to communicating with customers, retail sales, providing excellent customer service, selling furniture products, and managing sales transactions.
