Recruitment Officer

Knowledge/Experience (Skills):

Degree or equivalent education.
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the oil & gas industry, preferably in the Middle East.
In-house and PMC recruitment experience within an HR department.
Experience managing recruitment for the KSA region is advantageous.
Expertise in all aspects of the recruitment and resourcing cycle, including resource planning.
Knowledge of recruitment marketing, including social media and direct sourcing.
Up-to-date knowledge of relevant recruitment and immigration-related legislation.
Strong interviewing skills and ability to train managers in CV screening and interview techniques.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Graduate Engineer (Mechanical/Civil/Electrical/Process/Industrial)

Project Accountant

Qualifications & Experience:

ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or CPA qualification.
Experience working in the MEA region.
Good knowledge of IFRS 15 revenue recognition and project cost accounting.
8+ years of experience as a project accountant or similar role.
Experience in a global engineering/professional services organization preferred.

SPI/SPPID Admin

Required Qualifications and Skills:

10+ years of experience in the oil and gas industry.
Strong hands-on experience with installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of SPPID software (SmartPlant P&ID).
Deep understanding of P&ID design and drafting standards.
Experience in managing SPI/SPPID environments, user management, and system updates.
Proficient in system integration and troubleshooting across engineering tools.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to train and support technical and non-technical users.

Mechanical Design Engineer

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related field.
6-10 years of experience in mechanical engineering in the oil and gas sector.
Proven experience in mechanical design, FEED, and project execution.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and regulations in the oil and gas industry.
Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc.).
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
