Business Development Manager – Cybersecurity Solutions

What will you do?

• Develop a sales funnel of new opportunities in target territory/segments, nurturing them into profitable orders for Cybersecurity Solution growth offers.

• Develop new business relationships through entrepreneurial activities and networking.

• Work with target territory/segments to identify, understand, and define their requirements.

• Propose and specify Cybersecurity solution growth offers that bring innovation and improvement to the account’s operations.

• Identify, influence, and convince key stakeholders in the decision-making process within target territories.

• Increase sales and grow the funnel for Managed Services, Packaged Offers, and Consulting.

• Collaborate with key channel and engineering partners to ensure opportunities are developed through the correct channels.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development and sales in cybersecurity solutions.

• Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Regional Manager - International Mobility

What will you do?

• Manage the mobility of Schneider Electric employees across the region (inbound and outbound).

• Oversee operational management and coordination of the assignment process from start-to-finish, ensuring a high level of customer service according to the Service Level Agreement and International Mobility policies.

• Provide expert consultancy on international mobility issues in the region.

• Collaborate with regional and global teams to ensure the mobility processes are implemented effectively.

Qualifications

• Extensive HR experience and a proven track record in international mobility management.

• Strong understanding of compensation & benefits and mobility market practices in the MEA region.

• Excellent customer service skills.

Prescription Leader – Heavy Industries (HI) Segment

What will you do?

• Master and grow large, complex, and international projects for global accounts and targeted customers in the Energy & Chemicals, and MMM sectors during the FEED/Pre-FEED stages.

• Develop the strategy for successful technical solutions and execution models.

• Lead the prescription strategy aligned with HI Segment Strategic Initiatives.

• Increase the pipeline by analyzing and following up on opportunities and projects in different regions.

• Drive visibility and thought leadership by creating deliverables such as case studies, white papers, technical guides, and webinars.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Heavy Industries sector and the ability to drive large projects.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to lead complex, international projects.

• Expertise in technical solution development and project execution.

• تطوير علاقات تجارية جديدة من خلال الأنشطة الريادية والتواصل.

• العمل مع المناطق/الشرائح المستهدفة لتحديد وفهم وتعريف متطلباتهم.

• اقتراح وتحديد عروض نمو حلول الأمن السيبراني التي تجلب الابتكار والتحسين لعمليات الحساب.
