Principal Transport Planner  

 Candidate Specifications

Bachelor in Transportation and Civil Engineering; an MSc in Transport Planning or in Civil Engineering would be highly advantageous.

Experience indelivering projects in UAE and across the region is preferred

Demonstratable experience of leading studies / working within multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes is essential.

Experience in liaising with Government Authorities and Municipality Departments to obtain approvals.

Have a strong local contact base (with developers and government agencies).

Experience with strategic and micro-simulation modelling packages expected. Advanced user experience is advantageous.

Highly competent in operational and junction modelling software such as Synchro, HCS and Sidra.

Chartered Membership to a professional institution affiliated to the transportation sector is advantageous.

Arabic speaking is advantageous.

MEP Inspector

Key Responsibilities/duties

Review and comment on Contractor's designs and material submissions

Inspect work in progress for conformance to specifications, approved drawings and method statements

Review, monitor and report on progress of works

Check plant, equipment and materials delivered and verify against approved submissions

Check measurement sheets for the work done and check Contractor’s payment certificates

Coordinate with the Client and Contractor

Liaise with other Authorities

Assert with and coordinate forward planning

Liaise with all parties for site safety

Ensure prompt exchange of correspondence and approvals

Ensure accuracy and completeness of records

Senior Transport Planner

Candidate specifications

Bachelors in Transportation and Civil Engineering; an MSc in Transport Planning or in Civil

Membership to a professional institution affiliated to the transport sector 

Minimum of 5 years relevant experience with experience working on Abu Dhabi projects.

Highly competent in, Synchro, HCS, and CUBE (STEAM) and/or VISSIM/VISUM 

A self-starter and the ability to work both alone and in teams resolving complex tasks 

Experience in making sound judgements on complex and sensitive issues. 

Experience of managing multi-disciplinary proposals.

Legal Counsel

Candidate specifications

Qualified lawyer with circa 5-7 years+ PQE 

Relevant experience either in private practice with a top national firm or in-house. 

Good practical experience of the application of legal principles and commercial law. 

Legal experience of construction law preferably gained in a consultancy environment or with a client/contractor including cross border supply 

Great analytical skills and excellent legal knowledge. 

Ability to multitask, problem solve, and balance competing priorities. 

Ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of stakeholders. 

Ability to work autonomously or as part of a bigger team. 

Experience gained through having lived and worked in the Middle East including understanding of Middle East countries civil laws 

Understanding of International Development projects and contracts a distinct advantage but not essential 

Graduate Structural Engineer

Under the supervision of the Project Engineer/Manager, perform assignments requiring knowledge and application of basic engineering codes and principles

Assist with the preliminary selection and adaption of engineering possibilities
