We are currently hiring for the following positions:

1. Branch Manager

• Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery branch, the Branch Manager will lead a team to ensure exceptional service and operational efficiency.
•  Key duties include staff management, performance monitoring, ensuring compliance with hygiene and quality standards, and achieving sales targets. 
• Candidates must have strong leadership and communication skills, and experience in retail or F&B management is preferred.

2. Sales & Marketing Manager

• This role requires an experienced professional capable of developing strategic sales plans and marketing campaigns to boost brand visibility and revenue. 
• The ideal candidate should understand market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and collaborate with the team on promotional initiatives. Digital marketing knowledge is a plus, and a proven track record in F&B sales is essential.

3. Sales Executive (Filipinos preferred)

• The Sales Executive will engage directly with customers to promote bakery products, ensure customer satisfaction, and support sales growth. 
• The ideal candidate should be personable, persuasive, and customer-focused. Fluency in English, basic computer skills, and experience in F&B or retail sales is preferred.

4. Social Media Specialist

• This role involves managing and growing the brand’s social media presence across platforms. Responsibilities include creating content, engaging with followers, running paid campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. 

• Creativity, strong writing skills, and familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok trends are crucial.

5. Cashier

• The Cashier is responsible for handling transactions, processing payments, and providing a positive checkout experience for customers. 
• Attention to detail, honesty, and basic computer knowledge are required. Previous cashier or retail experience is preferred.

• We are looking for skilled baristas with experience in preparing a variety of hot and cold beverages. 
• Responsibilities include maintaining cleanliness, taking customer orders, and ensuring quality standards in coffee preparation. Knowledge of brewing methods and customer service is a must.

7. Cake Maker

The Cake Maker will prepare a variety of cakes and baked goods, following recipes and maintaining high-quality standards. 

The role requires creativity, precision, and a passion for baking. Previous bakery or pastry experience is highly desired.

8. Cleaner

• Responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across the premises. 
• The cleaner should be detail-oriented, punctual, and follow sanitation protocols. Experience in cleaning in a commercial environment is a plus.

9. Accountant

• The Accountant will manage financial records, handle payroll, prepare reports, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
•  Accuracy, confidentiality, and knowledge of accounting software are essential. Prior experience in the UAE is preferred.

10. Inventory Staff

• This position involves tracking stock levels, organizing inventory storage, receiving deliveries, and maintaining accurate records. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience in inventory or warehousing are needed.

2. مدير مبيعات وتسويق
