Job Requirements:
1. A bachelor degree of law.
2. A minimum of 5 years of experience in international business law.
3. Excellent knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and commercial law.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
5. Proficient in English and Arabic.
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Proven track record of managing complex legal projects and deadlines.

متطلبات الوظيفة:
1. درجة البكالوريوس في القانون.
2. خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال قانون الأعمال الدولي.
3. معرفة ممتازة بقانون الشركات وقانون العقود والقانون التجاري.
4. مهارات قوية في التحليل وحل المشكلات والتواصل.
5. إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
6. القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل وكجزء من فريق.
7. سجل حافل في إدارة المشاريع القانونية المعقدة والمواعيد النهائية.
