↚Job Title: Procurement Engineer & Projects Coordinator
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and prepare project documentation, including contracts, LPOs, quotations, and reports.
Prepare & coordinate procurement processes.
Organize and submit online applications for Civil Defense System (training will be provided).
Monitor project progress and generate reports (cost vs. income, profit analysis, status updates).

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Architecture, or any field of Engineering.
1+ years of experience in project coordination.

We are Hiring: MEP Estimation Engineer
Responsibilities:
Project Assessment:
Review project specifications, drawings, and other relevant documents to understand the scope of work and client requirements.
Conduct site visits & attend pre-bid meetings, if necessary, to gather additional information and assess project conditions.
Identify potential risks, challenges, and opportunities that may impact the estimation process.
Cost Estimation:
Analyze project requirements and materials to determine quantities, specifications, and costs.
Prepare detailed cost estimates for labor, materials, equipment, subcontractors, and other project expenses.
Utilize historical data, industry benchmarks, and market trends to ensure accuracy and competitiveness of estimates.
Incorporate factors such as overhead, profit margins, and contingency into the overall cost calculations.
Quantification of variations as per revised drawings/specifications and follow-up with Main Contractors/Project Managers for Site Work Instruction (SWI).
Pricing of variation claims, evaluation with Main Contractors/Project Managers, and finalization of Variation Orders (VO).
Vendor and Subcontractor Relations:
Solicit quotes and proposals from suppliers, subcontractors, and vendors to obtain competitive pricing and favorable terms.
Evaluate supplier and subcontractor bids based on quality, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to achieve optimal value for the project and the company.
Establish and maintain positive relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors to support future collaborations.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Extensive experience in MEP renovation & construction projects, with a minimum of 5 years in an estimating role
Candidates must be currently residing in the UAE
Ability to work on both pre-contract & post-contract projects
Proficiency in estimating software and tools, such as Planswift as well as MS Excel
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret complex project requirements and specifications
Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
Proven track record of successfully bidding and winning MEP projects of varying sizes and complexities
Leadership qualities, including the ability to drive results
