Saifco has the following vacancies for its projects in Dubai:

1. HR Officer

• Previous experience in HR and administrative roles in Construction field.

• Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

• Ability to work collaboratively in different departments

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job postings to different platforms (linked/indeed/Facebook, and etc) till onboarding.

• Evaluate, segregate and update the CVs received accordingly and maintain up-to-date log for future hiring needs or result of the interview

• Organize, schedule, and coordinate interviews with the relevant department, gather interview notes, and maintain a log

• Send offer letter to the selected candidate and assist the PRO with the documents required in processing the visa, medial insurance, etc.

• Implement, approval and oversee performance evaluation, leaves, resignation processes, warning letters, termination, etc.

• Maintain HR records and employee databases.

2. Mechanical Procurement Engineer

• Knowledgeable on HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Fighting and LPG in MEP construction.

• Graduate in Mechanical engineering

• Minimum 5 years experience with an MEP Contractor in UAE

• High Rise Towers experience is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare RFQs, evaluate technical and commercial offers.

• Source and qualify vendors for full mechanical trades and related materials.

• Negotiate with suppliers to achieve best value in terms of price, payment term, and delivery.

• Ensure all procured materials comply with project specifications and standards.

• Track and update procurement logs, delivery schedules, and supplier performance metrics.

• Support project teams with material data sheets, test certificates, warranties, and compliance documents.

• Maintain accurate records of procurement activities.
