💼 Open Positions:

✅ HVAC Technician

Specialization: Package Units, Split AC, AHU, FCU, Window AC

• Responsible for installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems, including troubleshooting faults in ventilation units and ensuring optimal indoor air quality. 
• The technician should be familiar with different cooling technologies and capable of reading and interpreting HVAC blueprints.

✅ Plumber

• Handles the installation and repair of piping systems, water supply lines, drainage systems, and fixtures.
•  Must be skilled in detecting water leaks, maintaining plumbing appliances, and interpreting layout drawings. Knowledge of safety standards and efficient water usage is essential.

✅ Electrical Technician

• Installs, maintains, and repairs electrical systems and components. 
• This includes wiring, lighting, power distribution, and troubleshooting electrical faults. 
• Must ensure compliance with electrical codes and prioritize safety in all operations.

✅ Civil Technician

(Carpentry / Painting / Masonry)

• Multi-talented in civil maintenance including furniture repairs, paint jobs, and structural patching. This role requires expertise in handling tools and materials related to construction and maintenance, while ensuring quality finishes.

✅ Chiller Technician

• Specialist in chiller troubleshooting and repair. 
• Works on large-scale cooling systems, identifying system inefficiencies, performing regular inspections, and conducting preventive maintenance to ensure performance and energy efficiency.

✅ VRF / VRV Technician

• Expert in Variable Refrigerant Flow and Volume systems. Responsible for system setup, commissioning, and performance checks. Should be familiar with modern HVAC digital controls and the ability to diagnose high-tech system issues.

✅ Multi Skilled Technician (MEP)

• Versatile technician with combined knowledge in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing systems. Ideal for addressing a wide range of maintenance tasks and emergency repairs in commercial or residential facilities.

📌 Minimum Requirement:

• 2-3 Years of hands-on experience in a similar role. Ready to work under pressure and in team-based environments.

✅ سباك

تركيب وصيانة أنظمة المياه والصرف الصحي والتجهيزات الصحية. يجب أن يكون لديه مهارة في اكتشاف التسريبات والعمل وفق مخططات التركيب.

✅ فني كهرباء

مسؤول عن تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة الكهربائية بما في ذلك الأسلاك، الإضاءة، التوزيع الكهربائي، والتعامل مع الأعطال بطريقة آمنة وفعالة.

(نجارة / دهان / بناء)
محترف متعدد المهارات في أعمال الصيانة المدنية من إصلاح أثاث، دهان، وترميم الجدران والتشطيبات.

خبير في أنظمة التبريد المركزية الكبيرة. مسؤول عن صيانة الأعطال وتحسين كفاءة الأداء.

✅ فني VRF / VRV

مختص في أنظمة التبريد الذكي المتغيرة، مع خبرة في التحكم الرقمي وتشخيص الأعطال الحديثة.

✅ فني متعدد المهارات (MEP)

خبير في الأعمال الميكانيكية والكهربائية والسباكة، ويقوم بالصيانة الشاملة والحلول الفورية للمشاكل المختلفة.

📌 الحد الأدنى للخبرة:

2 إلى 3 سنوات في نفس المجال، مع القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط.
