We are looking for a skilled and motivated MHE Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of material handling equipment such as forklifts and other related machinery. Details

• Perform maintenance and repairs on forklifts and other MHE (Material Handling Equipment).

• Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and system leaks and perform basic repairs.

We are seeking a responsible and observant Safety Officer to oversee and coordinate all Health & Safety (H&S) related matters at our facility. The ideal candidate will ensure a safe working environment, implement safety protocols, and promote a culture of safety among all employees.

Details

• Supervise and coordinate all H&S activities within the facility.

• Prepare and maintain H&S checklists for the workplace.

• Ensure all employees are wearing proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).

• Monitor employee behavior during break times for discipline and punctuality.

• Conduct daily safety inspections inside and outside the facility to identify hazards.

• Coordinate with supervisors and management to maintain discipline and order.

• Report any misconduct or safety violations to management.

We are currently hiring a Customs Co-worker to handle and support our customs documentation and processes. This role involves coordinating the flow of inbound and outbound shipments and ensuring compliance with customs regulations.

Job Responsibilities

• Process DP World payments on the same day of BOE / ED date.

• Download and merge inbound documents within 24 hours of BOE processing.

• Download and merge outbound documents within 24 hours of receiving final documentation.

• File Non-Remittance Claims within two days of receiving the final SWB.

• Create and organize folders and save outbound files after ED is processed.

• Check and update COK status for inbound shipments.

• Support both inbound and outbound departments to meet individual and team KPIs.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Department Head.

• Verify accuracy of all documents before processing.

• Process inbound and outbound BOE in a timely manner.

• Update invoice and EDI data on the EL master file based on ATD.

• Save invoice and EDI files in the designated common folder.

• Create and forward shipment data from DCO based on ATD + 2 days.

• Escalate document-related issues to ISME if necessary.

• Follow up on any escalated or delayed documentation.
