We are seeking an experienced Administration Coordinator to effectively manage general administrative activities and maintain records of day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administration while ensuring cost control on regular expenses such as maintenance, stationery, rental, communications equipment, guest house management, pantry/refreshments, and cafeteria (if present).
Responsible for maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and other office equipment and represent the admin team in audits.

Ensure adherence to code of conduct and process implementation as per VFS Administration SOP/manuals.
Ensure compliance with VFS Global’s information security policies and procedures.
Ensure timely renewal of maintenance contracts, handle inquiries, and troubleshoot.
Responsible for handover and takeover of premises at lease expiry and obtain clearance certificates.
Minimum Requirements:
Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in Facility Management, preferably in the UAE.
Skills: Basic knowledge of computers, proficiency in MS Office, and good typing speed.
