• معرفة قوية بمكونات الطعام، وخاصة (الهيدروكولويتس، الثقافات والإنزيمات لتطبيقات الطعام) وتدفقات عمليات تطبيق الطعام

• سجل حافل في صناعية المنتجات وإطلاقها في السوق
