Call Center Supervisor

Required Skills and Qualifications:

An associate's or bachelor's degree in business administration, communications, or a related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in the same field.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM, QMS, and other Call Center Software/Platforms.
Possess strong team management skills, including the ability to motivate, coach, and develop call center agents and communication skills.
Conflict resolution skills are essential for handling escalated customer complaints or conflicts among team members.
The ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions is important for a Fleet Call Center Supervisor.
Should have a customer-centric mindset and be able to handle difficult or irate customers with professionalism and empathy.

About the Job:

QA/QC Engineer

About the Job:

Accountable for the quality and quantity of every activity, with precise knowledge of all aspects of engineering construction relating to Civil and Structural disciplines, interfacing with multidisciplinary processes.
Responsible for QA/QC documents of the complete project, including certificates, calibration, test results, inspection requests, non-compliance reports, site instructions/observations, permanent materials delivered, and other important QA/QC documents.
Develop and determine all standards to perform inspections and tests on all procedures, oversee all testing methods, and maintain high-quality standards for all processes.
Review the quality of all materials at the site, ensure compliance with all project specifications and quality, and collaborate with the department for all material procurement and quality materials.

Mandatory:

Civil background required

Draughtsman – Civil and Structure

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil and structural drafting (UAE experience is a must)
Proficient in AutoCAD and other drafting software (2D, 3D)
Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

About the Job:

Reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
Overseeing all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
Delegating work to colleagues within your team
Meeting regularly with clients, third parties, and other managers to report on progress
Setting targets, objectives, and responsibilities for all supervised staff
Regularly reviewing timings, budget, labor, risk, and project plans to ensure work stays on track
Setting and agreeing on budgets
Consulting with the client during the design phase to help refine construction plans and control costs

Mandatory:

Gross Tonnage experience in the construction and building industry

عن الوظيفة:

المسؤولية عن جودة وكمية كل نشاط في المشروع، مع معرفة دقيقة بجميع جوانب الإنشاءات الهندسية المتعلقة بالتخصصات المدنية والهيكلية، والتفاعل مع العمليات متعددة التخصصات.
مسؤول عن مستندات QA/QC الخاصة بالمشروع بالكامل، بما في ذلك الشهادات، المعايرة، نتائج الاختبارات، طلبات التفتيش، تقارير عدم الامتثال، تعليمات الموقع/الملاحظات، المواد الدائمة، وغيرها من مستندات QA/QC الهامة.
تطوير وتحديد المعايير لإجراء الفحوصات والاختبارات على جميع الإجراءات، الإشراف على جميع أساليب الاختبار، والحفاظ على معايير عالية للجودة في جميع العمليات.

عن الوظيفة:

مراجعة المشروع بشكل دقيق لتحديد مواعيد التسليم وتقدير التكاليف.

تفويض الأعمال للزملاء داخل الفريق.
