 Assistant Manager-Contracts

Job Description

 

Draft letter of acceptance, contracts, consultancy agreements, work orders, Letter of Nominations (LONs), etc. for the award of the construction work packages for the various projects. Review and modify contracts proposed by others. Overseeing all matters pertaining to Contract/Agreement Preparation.

Coordinate, prepare and monitor the preparation of the tender and contract documentation.

Assist in contractual aspects during tender evaluation. Negotiate with tenderers and convince them to accept the terms and conditions or agree certain alternative terms and conditions, and make the necessary amendments to the contract conditions

Prepare amendments agreement to record the amendments to the construction contract or consultancy services agreement.

Prepare and Review contract/agreement documents and contractual correspondence.

Periodically review the standard form of Contract Documents to make any amendment to improve the documents so as to ensure that the Client’s interest is always protected

Drafting of contractual correspondence and notices for use in substantiating future claims.

Review and provide contractual advice, and if necessary commercial advice, and assistance in relation to Project claims and variations.

Data Analyst-Business Intelligence

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's/Master’s degree

Proven experience in data analysis within the real estate development sector.

Strong proficiency in Power BI, including creating dashboards, data modeling, and DAX functions.

Hands-on experience with SQL for querying and data manipulation.

Proficiency in Excel, Python, or R is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an ability to interpret complex data sets.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data-driven insights.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

 Quantity Surveyor-Data Center

 Experience

Minimum of 6-8 years of experience. Preferably the most recent 3-5 years of experience on live Data Center projects.

If contractor-side, experience in preparing estimates, bid submissions or in cost-control. 

If consultant or owner-side, experience in budget preparation or cost control or procurement. Post-contract experience is good-to-have. 

Strong understanding of

Lifecycle of a Data Center project 

All building services, both mechanical, electrical and related components in a Data Center project. 

Cost indexes / prices of the high-value long lead equipment's with (OEM/local vendors) and alternate specifications, if any. 

Consultant agreements, construction contracts, services contracts, design, construction and operational risks

خبرة عملية في استخدام SQL للاستعلام ومعالجة البيانات.
