التعليم:

رخصة تمريض سارية المفعول لمزاولة المهنة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة.

الخبرة:
خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التمريض، بما في ذلك سنتين على الأقل في دور إداري أو قيادي داخل بيئة سريرية. ويفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في قطاع الرعاية الصحية في الإمارات.

المهارات:
مهارات قيادية وشخصية قوية.
قدرات تواصل ممتازة.
إجادة استخدام Microsoft Office وبرامج إدارة الرعاية الصحية.
الطلاقة في اللغة الإنجليزية؛ ومعرفة اللغة العربية تُعد ميزة إضافية.

From design to delivery, you’ll lead every step in creating a modern, efficient, and regulation-ready facility that will redefine healthy aging and holistic care.

Project Planning and Coordination
Develop and execute detailed project plans, budgets, and timelines for the clinic’s design, construction, and fit-out phases. Coordinate effectively with contractors, architects, internal teams, and vendors to ensure seamless progress.

Stakeholder Management
Be the central point of contact for architects, contractors, authorities, and in-house teams. Facilitate smooth communication, set expectations, and drive collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.

Design and Construction Oversight
Lead the design process to ensure the layout meets clinical and operational standards. Oversee construction and monitor progress, ensuring full compliance with specifications, quality benchmarks, and healthcare guidelines.

Regulatory Compliance
Guarantee that the project meets all UAE healthcare regulations, safety protocols, and construction codes from start to finish.

Budget and Cost Management
Track expenditures, manage costs, and maintain strict budget controls. Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.

Risk Management
Anticipate and mitigate risks related to design changes, regulatory delays, or construction setbacks. Implement contingency strategies as needed.

Quality Control
Conduct ongoing quality assurance across all project phases. Perform site inspections and ensure each component of the clinic meets rigorous quality and safety standards.

Timeline Management
Ensure project milestones are achieved by monitoring daily progress, troubleshooting delays, and adjusting timelines where needed.

Fit-Out and Commissioning
Oversee installation and activation of medical equipment, IT systems, and furniture. Ensure operational readiness and compliance before the grand opening.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar

• PMP or equivalent certification is preferred

• 8+ years of project management experience, including 3+ years in healthcare construction in the UAE

• Strong knowledge of UAE building codes, healthcare facility requirements, and regulatory standards

• Proficiency with MS Project, Primavera, or other project management tools

• Familiarity with sustainability and energy-efficient building practices is a plus

المؤهلات المطلوبة

• بكالوريوس في إدارة البناء أو الهندسة أو العمارة

• شهادة PMP أو ما يعادلها (يفضل)

• خبرة لا تقل عن 8 سنوات في إدارة المشاريع، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في مشاريع منشآت طبية داخل الإمارات

• معرفة قوية بلوائح البناء في الإمارات ومتطلبات المنشآت الصحية

• إجادة استخدام أدوات إدارة المشاريع مثل MS Project أو Primavera

• يفضل من لديه دراية بالممارسات البيئية المستدامة في البناء
