Project In-Charge – Marine Works

Duties and responsibilities:

· Lead and supervise floating solutions installation projects from initiation to completion

· Coordinate with clients, contractors, and in-house teams to ensure timely project delivery

· Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets

· Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and engineering specifications

· Prepare project documentation, technical reports, and handover materials

· Troubleshoot technical issues during implementation

 

Requirements:

Degree in Civil/Marine Engineering or related field

Relevant certifications in project management and marine/civil engineering

5+ years’ experience managing marine infrastructure or coastal projects

Proven expertise with floating structures, docks, and marine construction

Strong leadership and communication skills

Experience with project planning tools and relevant software

Sales Engineer – Marine & Civil solutions

Duties and responsibilities:

 · Full-time, with potential travel (30%).

· Develop client relationships and identify business opportunities

· Create technical proposals and quotations for marine and coastal projects

· Oversee entire sales process and after-sales service

· Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure solution accuracy

· Provide expertise on coastal management solutions, erosion control, and floating marina systems
