Design & Estimation Engineer

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical).

  • Experience: Minimum 6-7 years of experience in fire protection system design and estimation in the UAE, with at least 4 years in Dubai.

  • Strong understanding of fire protection and detection systems, including sprinklers, hydrants, fire alarms, and suppression systems.

  • Knowledge of DCD regulations, NFPA standards, and UAE fire safety codes is mandatory.

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Dia LUX, MS Office, and estimation software.

  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • UAE Driving License is preferred.

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network with consultants, contractors, and developers in Dubai.

  • Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

 مهندس تصميم وتقدير

المؤهلات والمتطلبات:

  • التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس في الهندسة (ميكانيكية/كهربائية).

  • الخبرة: خبرة لا تقل عن 6-7 سنوات في تصميم وتقدير أنظمة الحماية من الحريق في الإمارات، مع خبرة لا تقل عن 4 سنوات في دبي.

  • المهارات والمعرفة:

    • فهم قوي لأنظمة الحماية والكشف عن الحريق، بما في ذلك الرشاشات، وصنابير الحريق، وأجهزة الإنذار، وأنظمة الإطفاء.

    • معرفة بأنظمة DCD، ومعايير NFPA، وكودات سلامة الحريق في الإمارات أمر إلزامي.

    • إجادة استخدام AutoCAD، Dia LUX، MS Office، وبرامج التقدير.

    • مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات، بالإضافة إلى مهارات تواصل ممتازة.

    • رخصة قيادة إماراتية مفضلة.

المهارات المفضلة:

  • شبكة علاقات قائمة مع الاستشاريين، المقاولين، والمطورين في دبي.

  • القدرة على العمل تحت ضغوط الوقت وإدارة مشاريع متعددة.

  • مهارات قوية في التفاوض والعروض التقديمية.
