Job Description:
The Assistant Manager - People Services is responsible for managing multiple business units within P&C Shared Services, overseeing critical processes such as onboarding, offboarding, and visa renewals, while ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to meet organizational standards. This role involves working with various business units, adjusting to their specific needs based on the nature of the business. The Assistant Manager will manage multiple verticals and provide essential support to P&C Shared Services to ensure efficient operations across functions. Additionally, this role includes managing relationships with key stakeholders, such as HR Business Partners, Finance, Employees, and other departments, to ensure seamless coordination and effective service delivery.

Job Description
Assist the Senior Internal Audit Manager in developing and executing the IA Plan, taking the lead in executing and supervising the day-to-day fieldwork. Contribute to the function by identifying risks associated with business objectives and evaluating controls to mitigate those risks to improve the effectiveness of Governance, Risk Management, and Control processes. The role will operate primarily through conducting Internal Audit reviews in accordance with the Internal Audit Plan. Assist in ad-hoc projects, investigations, incidents, and fraud reviews as required.
Strategic Responsibilities:

IA Annual Plan – Ownership and personal management of the portion of the annual plan allocated by the Senior Internal Audit Manager (SIAM).
