🔧 Open Positions & Role Details:

1. Mechanical Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Design, install, and maintain mechanical systems

• Coordinate with contractors and suppliers

• Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with standards
  Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering

• 5+ years experience, preferably in Facilities Management

• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire systems

2. Senior HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

• Supervise HVAC maintenance and repair activities

• Troubleshoot complex HVAC issues

• Guide and train junior technicians
  Qualifications:

• Diploma/Certification in HVAC

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience

• Good understanding of control systems and refrigerants

3. HVAC Technician

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and repair AC units and ventilation systems

• Perform regular inspections and preventive maintenance
  Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in HVAC

• Minimum 2-3 years experience in similar role

• Ability to work under pressure and in shifts

4. Plumber

Responsibilities:

• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems

• Fix leaks and ensure water supply/sanitation standards
  Qualifications:

• Certification in plumbing trade

• 2+ years experience in building maintenance

• Familiarity with building codes and health standards

5. Fire Fighting Technician

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and maintain fire suppression systems

• Conduct routine checks on extinguishers, alarms, and pumps
  Qualifications:

• Experience with FM200, sprinkler, and hydrant systems

• 2-3 years of experience in fire safety systems

• Certification in Fire Fighting/Fire Alarm preferred

6. Senior Electrical Technician

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical maintenance activities

• Diagnose and solve complex electrical faults

• Ensure safety procedures are followed
  Qualifications:

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering

• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical systems

• Strong troubleshooting skills and team leadership

7. Electrical Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install and maintain electrical systems and fixtures

• Conduct routine checks and repair faults
  Qualifications:

• Technical diploma in electrical trade

• 2-3 years experience in facilities or industrial settings

• Knowledge of safety codes and basic tools

8. Lift/Elevator Technician

Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and troubleshoot elevators and escalators

• Perform scheduled servicing and emergency repair
  Qualifications:

• Certified in Elevator Maintenance

• Minimum 2 years of experience in lift system servicing

• Familiar with control systems and safety compliance

1. مهندس ميكانيكي

المسؤوليات:

• تصميم وتركيب وصيانة الأنظمة الميكانيكية

• التنسيق مع المقاولين والموردين

• إجراء عمليات تفتيش للموقع والتأكد من الامتثال للمعايير
  المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة الميكانيكية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات، ويفضل أن تكون في إدارة المرافق

• معرفة قوية بأنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء والسباكة ومكافحة الحرائق

2. فني تكييف وتدفئة أول

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على أنشطة صيانة وإصلاح أنظمة التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء

• استكشاف مشكلات التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء المعقدة وإصلاحها

• توجيه وتدريب الفنيين المبتدئين
  المؤهلات:

• دبلوم/شهادة في التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء

• خبرة عملية لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في مجال التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء

• فهم جيد لأنظمة التحكم والمبردات

3. فني تكييف وتدفئة

المسؤوليات:

• صيانة وإصلاح وحدات التكييف وأنظمة التهوية

• إجراء عمليات التفتيش الدورية والصيانة الوقائية
  المؤهلات:

• دبلوم فني في التدفئة والتهوية وتكييف الهواء

• خبرة لا تقل عن 2-3 سنوات في دور مماثل

• القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط وفي نوبات العمل

 

4. سباك

المسؤوليات:

• تركيب وإصلاح وصيانة أنظمة الأنابيب

• إصلاح التسريبات وضمان معايير إمدادات المياه والصرف الصحي
  المؤهلات:

• شهادة في تجارة السباكة

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة المباني

• المعرفة بقوانين البناء والمعايير الصحية

5. فني مكافحة الحرائق

المسؤوليات:

• فحص وصيانة أنظمة إخماد الحرائق

• إجراء فحوصات روتينية على أجهزة الإطفاء وأجهزة الإنذار والمضخات
  المؤهلات:

• خبرة في أنظمة FM200 والرشاشات والصمامات

• 2-3 سنوات من الخبرة في أنظمة السلامة من الحرائق

• يفضل الحصول على شهادة في مكافحة الحرائق/إنذار الحرائق

6. فني كهربائي أول

المسؤوليات:

• الإشراف على أنشطة الصيانة الكهربائية

• تشخيص وحل الأعطال الكهربائية المعقدة

• التأكد من اتباع إجراءات السلامة
  المؤهلات:

• دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية

• خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في الأنظمة الكهربائية

• مهارات قوية في استكشاف الأخطاء وإصلاحها وقيادة الفريق

7. فني كهربائي

المسؤوليات:

• تركيب وصيانة الأنظمة والتجهيزات الكهربائية

• إجراء فحوصات روتينية وإصلاح الأعطال
  المؤهلات:

• دبلوم فني في التجارة الكهربائية

• 2-3 سنوات خبرة في المرافق أو البيئات الصناعية

• معرفة رموز السلامة والأدوات الأساسية

8. فني مصاعد

المسؤوليات:

• تركيب وصيانة واستكشاف أخطاء المصاعد والسلالم المتحركة وإصلاحها

• تنفيذ الصيانة المجدولة والإصلاحات الطارئة
  المؤهلات:

• معتمد في صيانة المصاعد

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في صيانة أنظمة المصاعد

• - على دراية بأنظمة التحكم والامتثال للسلامة

لتنجح في اجتياز المقابلة الشخصية، يمكنك اتباع النصائح التالية:

 

 

1.  التحضير للمقابلة: 

• قم بالتحضير مسبقًا من خلال مراجعة معلوماتك الشخصية وخبراتك العملية ومهاراتك القابلة للتطوير. 
• قم بمراجعة متطلبات الوظيفة وكن مستعدًا للإجابة على الأسئلة المحتملة التي قد تُطرح.

2.  ابحث عن الشركة: 

• معلومات البحث عن الشركة التي تتقدم إليها، مثل قيمها وتاريخها ومنتجاتها وخدماتها. 
• إن الفهم الجيد للشركة يساعدك على التعبير عن اهتمامك ومعرفتك بالمجال الذي تتقدم إليه.

3.  الآداب والمظهر الجيد: 

• يجب عليك الاهتمام بمظهرك الشخصي وارتداء الملابس المناسبة والمهنية. 
• كن مهذبًا وأظهر الثقة أثناء المقابلة.

4.  الاستعداد للأسئلة الشائعة: 

• توقع الأسئلة المحتملة التي قد تُطرح أثناء المقابلة، مثل الأسئلة حول خبرتك السابقة، وكيفية تعاملك مع الضغوط، ومهارات التواصل لديك. 
• قم بإعداد إجابات مختصرة وواضحة تعكس مؤهلاتك وقدراتك.

5.  التعبير عن المهارات الأساسية: 

• قم بتسليط الضوء على المهارات الأساسية التي تمتلكها والتي تناسب متطلبات الوظيفة. 
• أظهر قدرتك على العمل ضمن فريق، وتحمل المسؤولية، وحل المشكلات.

6.  الاستعداد للأسئلة الفنية: 

• يمكن طرح الأسئلة الفنية المتعلقة بالطيران والضيافة. 
• كن مستعدًا للإجابة على هذه الأسئلة بشكل محدد ومهني.

• يفضل بشدة أن تكون لديك خبرة سابقة في إدارة المرافق
