الوصف:

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:

• الإشراف على العمليات المحاسبية اليومية بما في ذلك الحسابات المستحقة، الحسابات المدينة، وإدارة دفتر الأستاذ العام.

• إعداد وتحليل البيانات المالية مع ضمان الالتزام بالتشريعات الإماراتية والمعايير المحاسبية الدولية.

• إدارة الميزانية والتنبؤ والتقارير المالية لدعم اتخاذ القرارات التجارية.

• التعامل مع تقديم ضريبة القيمة المضافة، والامتثال الضريبي، والتواصل مع المدققين والسلطات التنظيمية.

• مراقبة التدفقات النقدية والمراجعات والمعاملات المالية لضمان الدقة والكفاءة.

• تنفيذ الضوابط الداخلية لحماية أصول الشركة وسلامتها المالية.

• دعم التخطيط المالي وتحليل التكاليف لأقسام الأعمال المختلفة داخل الشركة القابضة.

• استخدام برامج المحاسبة (مثل SAP أو QuickBooks أو أي برامج مشابهة) لتحسين العمليات وتوليد التقارير.

• التعاون مع الأقسام الأخرى لتحسين تدفقات العمل المالية وضمان التوافق مع أهداف الأعمال.

المتطلبات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في المحاسبة، المالية أو مجال ذي صلة (شهادة CPA، ACCA، أو CMA تعتبر ميزة إضافية).

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال المحاسبة، ويفضل في قطاع السيارات.

• معرفة قوية بالمعايير الدولية للتقارير المالية (IFRS)، قوانين الضرائب الإماراتية، والتشريعات المالية.

• إتقان برامج المحاسبة وبرامج Microsoft Excel.

• مهارات تحليلية وحل المشكلات الممتازة.

• القدرة على العمل بشكل مستقل والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية في بيئة سريعة.

1. Accountant

Description:
We are looking for a skilled Accountant with a strong background in financial management and a passion for the automotive industry. If you are a detail-oriented professional with experience, we would love to have you join our team based in Abu Dhabi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger management.

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring compliance with UAE regulations and international accounting standards.

• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to support business decision-making.

• Handle VAT filing, tax compliance, and liaise with auditors and regulatory authorities.

• Monitor cash flow, reconciliations, and financial transactions to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
