Experience Required: 15+ years in sales, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role in the luxury construction or building materials industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute strategic sales plans targeting premium residential, commercial, and hospitality projects.

HVAC Engineer
📍 Location: UAE
🛠️ Industry: HVAC / Engineering
Key Responsibilities:

Reviewing project specifications, architectural layouts, and tender documents, and preparing HVAC designs accordingly.

Preparing complete HVAC shop drawings for various types of projects, especially design & build projects. Must be able to work independently.

Performing Heat Load Calculations, Pump Head Calculations, ESP calculations, and preparing all relevant design documents.
-
Proficient in drafting using AutoCAD.

Proficient in HAP calculations.
-
Selecting HVAC equipment by technically coordinating with suppliers.
-
Developing HVAC schematics and typical details.
-
Knowledge of systems such as Chillers, Cooling Towers, AHUs, FCUs, Rooftop Package Units, CRAC units, and VRF systems.

Familiarity with ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW, BS, NFPA, and other international standards.
-
Preparing Bill of Quantities for design & build jobs.
Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of UAE/Gulf experience is mandatory.

Knowledge of other MEP services is an added advantage.
