1. BIM Coordinator

Responsibilities:

• Manage BIM models across disciplines

• Coordinate design workflows and clash detection

• Conduct BIM review meetings with clients and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of BIM coordination experience

• Proficiency in Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360

2. BIM Professionals (All Disciplines)

Responsibilities:

• Develop 3D models for architectural, structural, or MEP services

• Ensure accurate model data and coordination

• Collaborate with design teams to maintain project standards

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Degree in relevant engineering/architecture discipline

• Strong Revit and AutoCAD skills

• Minimum 2 years of BIM experience in respective domain

3. CAD Engineers (All Disciplines)

• Prepare detailed 2D drawings and schematics

• Support engineering teams with layout and drafting needs

4. BIM Architect

Responsibilities:

• Create architectural BIM models with detailed elements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture

• 2–4 years of BIM architecture experience

💼 الوظائف والمسؤوليات المفتوحة 

1. منسق BIM

المسؤوليات:

• إدارة نماذج BIM عبر التخصصات

• تنسيق سير عمل التصميم واكتشاف التضارب

• إجراء اجتماعات مراجعة BIM مع العملاء وأصحاب المصلحة

المؤهلات:

• درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو الهندسة المعمارية أو مجال ذي صلة

• خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في تنسيق BIM

• الكفاءة في برامج Revit وNavisworks وBIM 360

2. متخصصو BIM (جميع التخصصات)

المسؤوليات:

• تطوير نماذج ثلاثية الأبعاد للخدمات المعمارية أو الهيكلية أو خدمات الهندسة الكهربائية والميكانيكية

• ضمان دقة بيانات النموذج والتنسيق

• التعاون مع فرق التصميم للحفاظ على معايير المشروع

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم أو درجة جامعية في تخصص الهندسة/العمارة ذي الصلة

• مهارات قوية في برنامجي Revit و AutoCAD

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في مجال BIM في المجال المعني

 

3. مهندسو التصميم بمساعدة الحاسوب (جميع التخصصات)

المسؤوليات:

• إعداد الرسومات والمخططات التفصيلية ثنائية الأبعاد

• دعم فرق الهندسة في احتياجات التخطيط والرسم

• الحفاظ على معايير الرسم والتوثيق

المؤهلات:

• دبلوم/درجة في الهندسة

• خبرة لا تقل عن سنتين في رسم CAD

• خبرة في برنامج AutoCAD والأدوات ذات الصلة

4. مهندس معماري BIM

المسؤوليات:

• إنشاء نماذج BIM المعمارية مع عناصر مفصلة

• التنسيق مع المهندسين والاستشاريين لمواءمة التصميم

• ضمان الامتثال لمعايير BIM المحلية والدولية

المؤهلات:

• بكالوريوس في الهندسة المعمارية

• 2-4 سنوات من الخبرة في هندسة BIM

• إجادة استخدام برنامج Revit Architecture و AutoCAD وبرامج العرض

3.  الآداب والمظهر الجيد: 

• يجب عليك الاهتمام بمظهرك الشخصي وارتداء الملابس المناسبة والمهنية.

4.  الاستعداد للأسئلة الشائعة:
