Job Descriptions and Responsibilities
Tiling Masons
Responsibilities:
-
Install tiles on floors, walls, and other surfaces in both residential and commercial buildings.
-
Ensure tiles are accurately cut and laid according to the design specifications.
-
Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
-
Work in compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Proven experience as a tiling mason in the construction industry.
-
Knowledge of various tile types and installation techniques.
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and design plans.
-
Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship.
Plaster Masons
Responsibilities:
-
Apply plaster and other materials to walls and ceilings, smoothing it to a fine finish.
-
Ensure consistency of materials and techniques to achieve high-quality finishes.
-
Mix plaster and apply it to surfaces following specifications.
-
Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Minimum of 3 years of hands-on plastering experience.
-
Experience working in the GCC region preferred.
-
Knowledge of different plastering methods and materials.
-
Strong physical stamina and ability to work in various weather conditions.
Blockwork Masons
Responsibilities:
-
Build walls, foundations, and other structures using concrete blocks.
-
Ensure structures are level and aligned according to design specifications.
-
Cut blocks to size when necessary and ensure accurate measurements.
-
Work closely with other team members to ensure the integrity of the structure.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Experience with block masonry and working with a variety of construction materials.
-
Ability to read construction blueprints and work under tight deadlines.
-
Previous GCC experience is a plus.
-
Strong attention to detail and precision.
Painters
Responsibilities:
-
Apply paint, varnish, and other finishes to a variety of surfaces.
-
Prepare surfaces for painting by sanding, cleaning, and priming.
-
Mix paints and finishes according to specifications.
-
Ensure high standards of finish and attention to detail.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
Proven experience as a painter in both commercial and residential settings.
-
Knowledge of various painting techniques and materials.
-
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently.
-
Ability to work at height and use ladders and scaffolding.
Joinery Carpenters
Responsibilities:
-
Construct, install, and repair wooden structures such as doors, windows, and cabinets.
-
Follow design plans and blueprints to create custom woodwork.
-
Use carpentry tools and machinery to produce high-quality work.
-
Maintain and repair wood products as necessary.
Qualifications & Skills:
-
At least 3 years of experience in joinery carpentry, preferably in the GCC region.
-
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
-
Proficient in the use of carpentry tools and machinery.
-
Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.

Know Your Skills:

الوصف الوظيفي والمسؤوليات
عمال بناء البلاط
المسؤوليات:
قم بتركيب البلاط على الأرضيات والجدران والأسطح الأخرى في المباني السكنية والتجارية.
تأكد من قطع البلاط ووضعه بدقة وفقًا لمواصفات التصميم.
الحفاظ على نظافة وسلامة مناطق العمل.
العمل وفقا لمعايير الصحة والسلامة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
خبرة مثبتة في مجال بناء البلاط في قطاع البناء.
معرفة أنواع البلاط المختلفة وتقنيات التركيب.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات وخطط التصميم.
اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والحرفية.
عمال بناء الجبس
المسؤوليات:
قم بوضع الجبس والمواد الأخرى على الجدران والأسقف، ثم قم بتنعيمها للحصول على تشطيب ناعم.
ضمان اتساق المواد والتقنيات لتحقيق تشطيبات عالية الجودة.
خلط الجبس وتطبيقه على الأسطح وفقًا للمواصفات.
الحفاظ على بيئة عمل نظيفة وآمنة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- خبرة عملية في مجال الجبس لا تقل عن 3 سنوات.
يفضل أن تكون لديه خبرة في العمل في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
معرفة طرق ومواد الجبس المختلفة.
القدرة البدنية القوية والقدرة على العمل في مختلف الظروف الجوية.
عمال البناء
المسؤوليات:
بناء الجدران والأساسات والهياكل الأخرى باستخدام الكتل الخرسانية.
تأكد من أن الهياكل مستوية ومحاذية وفقًا لمواصفات التصميم.
قم بتقطيع الكتل حسب الحجم عند الضرورة وتأكد من دقة القياسات.
العمل بشكل وثيق مع أعضاء الفريق الآخرين لضمان سلامة الهيكل.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
خبرة في أعمال البناء بالكتل والعمل مع مجموعة متنوعة من مواد البناء.
القدرة على قراءة مخططات البناء والعمل في ظل مواعيد نهائية ضيقة.
تعتبر الخبرة السابقة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي ميزة إضافية.
اهتمام قوي بالتفاصيل والدقة.
الرسامون
المسؤوليات:
قم بوضع الطلاء والورنيش واللمسات النهائية الأخرى على مجموعة متنوعة من الأسطح.
تحضير الأسطح للطلاء عن طريق الصنفرة والتنظيف والتحضير.
خلط الدهانات والتشطيبات حسب المواصفات.
ضمان معايير عالية من التشطيب والاهتمام بالتفاصيل.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
خبرة مثبتة كرسام في كل من البيئات التجارية والسكنية.
معرفة تقنيات ومواد الرسم المختلفة.
الاهتمام القوي بالتفاصيل والقدرة على العمل بكفاءة.
القدرة على العمل على ارتفاعات واستخدام السلالم والسقالات.
نجارين النجارة
المسؤوليات:
إنشاء وتركيب وإصلاح الهياكل الخشبية مثل الأبواب والنوافذ والخزائن.
اتبع خطط التصميم والمخططات لإنشاء أعمال خشبية مخصصة.
استخدم أدوات النجارة والآلات لإنتاج أعمال عالية الجودة.
صيانة وإصلاح المنتجات الخشبية حسب الضرورة.
المؤهلات والمهارات:
- خبرة لا تقل عن 3 سنوات في مجال النجارة ويفضل في منطقة دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
القدرة على قراءة وتفسير المخططات والرسومات الفنية.
إتقان استخدام أدوات النجارة والآلات.
اهتمام ممتاز بالتفاصيل وجودة الصناعة.
المتطلبات لجميع الوظائف:
يشترط الخبرة في دول مجلس التعاون الخليجي.
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة ذات صلة في المجال المعني.
القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والوفاء بالمواعيد النهائية.
الاهتمام بالتفاصيل والمعايير العالية الجودة في الصنعة.
القدرة على العمل في بيئة عمل جماعية .
القدرة البدنية على أداء المهام التي تتطلب جهدا مكثفا.

مع أنها وظيفة يدوية، إلا أن الانطباعات الأولى مهمة. ارتدِ ملابس أنيقة ومناسبة لبيئة البناء. الأحذية المريحة ضرورية.أظهر وعيًا بالسلامة:
بما أن هذه الوظائف تتطلب جهدًا بدنيًا في البناء، فمن المرجح أن يُقيّم أصحاب العمل فهمك لبروتوكولات السلامة. كن مستعدًا لمناقشة أي تدريب أو خبرة لديك في مجال السلامة.اطرح الأسئلة:
