• استراتيجية المبيعات: إعداد وتطوير خطط العمل لزيادة مبيعات قطع الغيار الأصلية.

• استهداف العملاء: تحديد العملاء الجدد ووضع خطط لاكتسابهم من خلال تقنيات المبيعات المباشرة والاتصالات والزيارات.

• تحليل تفضيلات العملاء: مراقبة تفضيلات العملاء وضبط جهود المبيعات لتلبية احتياجاتهم.

• قيادة الفريق: إشراف وإدارة فريق المبيعات لتحسين مستوى الخدمة للعملاء.

• دراسة السوق: دراسة الأسواق ومتابعة الأنشطة التنافسية لتجنب فقدان المبيعات.

• تحديد الأسعار: تحديد معدلات الخصم والخطط التسعيرية الخاصة.

• تحليل المبيعات: تتبع وتحليل بيانات المبيعات استنادًا إلى المؤشرات الرئيسية.

• توزيع المناطق: تحديد مناطق المبيعات وتعيين الأهداف للفريق.

المؤهلات والخبرة

• التعليم: درجة بكالوريوس أو ما يعادلها.

• الخبرة: 10 سنوات من الخبرة في مبيعات قطع غيار السيارات.

• المهارات:

  • مهارات تواصل ممتازة بالإنجليزية والعربية (يفضل).

  • مهارات إدارة قوية وخبرة قيادية.

  • القدرة على العمل تحت الضغط والتعامل مع مهام متعددة في وقت واحد.

  • مظهر أنيق وتصرف مهني.

• الرخصة: رخصة قيادة سارية في الإمارات.
