Exciting Opportunity for a Patient Coordinator at Quttainah Specialized Hospital!

Quttainah Specialized Hospital, the largest specialized cosmetic surgery hospital in the Middle East, is looking for a Patient Coordinator to join its team in Dubai, UAE. Our hospital provides cutting-edge treatments in cosmetic medicine and surgery, delivering expert care to patients from across the Gulf region.

Responsibilities:

Handle phone calls with professionalism and ensure excellent phone etiquette.
Schedule appointments and manage patient bookings efficiently.
Perform receptionist duties, greeting patients and assisting with inquiries.
Facilitate communication between patients and medical staff.

Requirements:

Strong phone etiquette and excellent communication skills.
Proficiency in appointment scheduling and receptionist tasks.
Familiarity with medical terminology is required.
Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills.
Experience in a healthcare setting is a plus.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Prior experience in the aesthetic or plastic surgery field is a must.

مطلوب منسق مرضى لمستشفى قتينة التخصصي

يعلن مستشفى قتينة التخصصي، أكبر مستشفى متخصص في الجراحة التجميلية في الشرق الأوسط، عن حاجته إلى منسق مرضى للانضمام إلى فريق العمل في دبي، الإمارات العربية المتحدة. نحن نوفر أحدث العلاجات في الطب التجميلي والجراحة التجميلية، ونحرص على تقديم أفضل مستويات الرعاية الطبية لمرضانا في منطقة الخليج.

المهام الوظيفية:

التعامل الاحترافي مع المكالمات الهاتفية والالتزام بآداب المحادثة الهاتفية.
تنسيق وجدولة مواعيد المرضى بكفاءة.
أداء مهام الاستقبال، والترحيب بالمرضى، والرد على استفساراتهم.
تسهيل التواصل بين المرضى والفريق الطبي.

الشروط المطلوبة:

مهارات قوية في التواصل وآداب المحادثة الهاتفية.
إجادة جدولة المواعيد والقيام بمهام الاستقبال.
معرفة بالمصطلحات الطبية.
مهارات تنظيمية وشخصية متميزة.
يفضل من لديه خبرة سابقة في القطاع الصحي.
القدرة على القيام بعدة مهام والعمل في بيئة سريعة الوتيرة.
شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
الخبرة في مجال التجميل أو الجراحة التجميلية شرط أساسي.

Quttainah Specialized Hospital (QSH), the largest specialized cosmetic surgery hospital in the Middle East, is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (ER) with Infection Control Certification to join our team in Dubai, UAE. Our hospital is committed to providing advanced and innovative healthcare services to the UAE and Gulf region under the motto "Expert Care, Exceptional Results."

Responsibilities:

Implement infection control protocols and ensure compliance with healthcare standards.
Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Room (ER).
Monitor patient health conditions and assist physicians in medical procedures.
Ensure proper disease transmission prevention and isolation measures are in place.
Oversee high-risk processes such as CSSD, SIP, and OR, applying evidence-based guidelines.
Assist in data collection and validation related to infection control (data analysis experience is a plus).

Requirements:

Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
Infection Control Certification or prior experience in infection control is mandatory.
Experience in infection control protocols and knowledge of disease transmission.
Previous experience in ER nursing is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Knowledge of healthcare regulations and standards.
Experience in a cosmetic surgery or hospital setting is an advantage.

تقديم رعاية طبية عالية الجودة في قسم الطوارئ.
مراقبة حالة المرضى الصحية ومساعدة الأطباء في الإجراءات الطبية.
تطبيق إجراءات الوقاية من انتقال العدوى وتدابير العزل.
الإشراف على العمليات عالية الخطورة مثل CSSD، SIP، و OR وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات الطبية.
المساعدة في جمع البيانات الخاصة بمكافحة العدوى والمساهمة في تحليلها والتحقق من دقتها (الخبرة في تحليل البيانات ميزة إضافية).
