Legal Graduate Officer (UAE National)
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of senior legal professionals to conduct research, draft legal opinions, and prepare reports.
- Develop communication and commercial awareness skills.
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and approving low-risk contracts, including MoUs, NDAs, and collaboration agreements across various DMCC business units (Commodities, Free Zone, Corporate, Property, etc.).
- Draft and review basic legal notices and contracts as assigned.
- Support the contract approval process in line with DMCC’s authorization and risk classification matrices.
- Assist in managing, updating, and storing legal contract templates.
- Provide administrative support, including processing legal invoices, updating legal trackers, budget approvals, and preparing reports.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Law (graduated within the last two years) with a GPA of 2.5 or higher.
- 0–1 year of experience.
- UAE National (Emirati).

المهام الوظيفية
- العمل تحت إشراف الفريق القانوني لإجراء البحوث القانونية وإعداد التقارير والآراء القانونية.
- تطوير مهارات التواصل والوعي التجاري.
- دعم الفريق القانوني في مراجعة وصياغة العقود منخفضة المخاطر، مثل مذكرات التفاهم واتفاقيات عدم الإفصاح والتعاون لمختلف وحدات الأعمال في DMCC.
- المساعدة في صياغة ومراجعة الإخطارات القانونية والعقود الأساسية.
- دعم عملية الموافقات التعاقدية وفقًا لسياسات المخاطر والتصاريح في DMCC.
- المساعدة في إدارة وتحديث قوالب العقود القانونية.
- تقديم الدعم الإداري، بما في ذلك معالجة الفواتير القانونية، تحديث القوائم القانونية، مراجعة الميزانية، وإعداد التقارير الدورية.
الشروط
- درجة البكالوريوس في القانون (متخرج خلال آخر سنتين) بمعدل تراكمي 2.5 أو أعلى.
- خبرة من 0 إلى 1 سنة.
