Key Responsibilities
Structural Coordination & Design
- Work closely with architects, MEP engineers, and contractors to integrate structural elements seamlessly.
- Ensure smooth project execution by addressing structural challenges proactively.
Software & Technical Expertise
- Utilize advanced software such as ETABS, SAFE, STAAD Pro, and SAP2000 for structural modeling, analysis, and design.
- Apply basic knowledge of AutoCAD and Revit to support BIM collaboration.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain detailed project records, including technical reports, drawings, and design calculations.
- Ensure compliance with international standards (ACI, AISC) and UAE local authority requirements.
- Knowledge of Eurocodes is a plus.
Cost Optimization & Value Engineering
- Identify potential cost-saving opportunities while maintaining structural integrity.
- Implement value engineering (VE) strategies to enhance project efficiency.
Qualifications & Core Competencies
- Bachelor’s Degree in Structural Engineering.
- Minimum 6 years of experience, with at least 3 years in the UAE.
- Expertise in reinforced concrete, steel, and composite structures.
- Strong problem-solving and project coordination skills.

- ضمان تنفيذ المشاريع بكفاءة من خلال معالجة التحديات الإنشائية بفعالية.
البرامج والخبرة التقنية
- استخدام البرامج الهندسية المتقدمة مثل ETABS وSAFE وSTAAD Pro وSAP2000 في النمذجة والتحليل والتصميم الإنشائي.
- إتقان أساسي لبرامج AutoCAD وRevit لدعم تكامل نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM).

- تحديد فرص تقليل التكلفة دون التأثير على سلامة الهيكل.
- تنفيذ استراتيجيات الهندسة القيمية (VE) لتعزيز كفاءة المشروع.
الشروط والمؤهلات
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة الإنشائية.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 6 سنوات، منها 3 سنوات على الأقل في الإمارات.
- خبرة في تصميم الهياكل الخرسانية والفولاذية والمركبة.
- مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وإدارة المشاريع.
