Role Overview
This is a full-time, on-site role at our Dubai office. As a Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for full-stack development, ensuring our platform remains robust, scalable, and high-performing. You will work closely with the development team to optimize functionality and user experience.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain core systems, external integrations, and payment processing engines.
Lead and mentor engineers, promoting high-quality development and best practices.
Provide technical leadership, conduct code reviews, and drive innovation.
Optimize system performance, security, and scalability.
Define architectural decisions and oversee the technical roadmap.
Balance timely feature delivery with long-term system stability.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
6-8 years of software development experience.
At least 2 years in a lead engineer or team lead role.
Strong debugging, monitoring, and incident management skills.
Expertise in Django framework and front-end frameworks (Vue.js / React.js).
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and Kubernetes.
Strong problem-solving skills and system architecture expertise.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية

تطوير وصيانة الأنظمة الأساسية، والتكاملات الخارجية، ومحركات معالجة المدفوعات.
قيادة وتوجيه فريق المهندسين، وضمان جودة التطوير وفقًا لأفضل الممارسات.
توفير القيادة التقنية وإجراء مراجعات الكود وتعزيز الابتكار.
تحسين أداء النظام وأمانه وقابليته للتوسع.
اتخاذ قرارات معمارية وإدارة خارطة الطريق التقنية.
تحقيق التوازن بين تسليم الميزات في الوقت المناسب والحفاظ على استقرار النظام.

المؤهلات المطلوبة

درجة البكالوريوس في علوم الحاسب أو ما يعادلها.
خبرة 6-8 سنوات في تطوير البرمجيات.
خبرة سنتين على الأقل في دور مهندس رئيسي أو قائد فريق.
مهارات قوية في تصحيح الأخطاء وإدارة الحوادث والمراقبة.
خبرة عميقة في إطار Django وواجهات المستخدم الأمامية (Vue.js / React.js).
خبرة في المنصات السحابية (AWS، Azure، GCP) وKubernetes.
مهارات قوية في حل المشكلات وتصميم الأنظمة.
