↔ Exciting Opportunity in the UAE – Watch Manager (Fire & Rescue Services)
Key Responsibilities
Incident Command & Emergency Response
- Act as Incident Commander, leading and managing firefighting and rescue operations.
- Direct vehicle positioning, crew deployment, and equipment use during emergency incidents.
- Ensure clear communication with the control tower and fire control room.
Crew & Station Management
- Lead and manage assigned crews and vehicles during all firefighting and rescue operations.
- Oversee vehicle and equipment serviceability, conducting daily checks and maintenance.
- Manage shift assignments, personnel rosters, and operational readiness.
Training & Compliance
- Conduct fire training for RFFS and ADF base personnel.
- Ensure compliance with ICAO and other regulatory requirements.
- Participate in drills, exercises, and performance evaluations to maintain operational excellence.
Reporting & Documentation
- Maintain detailed station logbooks, incident reports, and equipment records.
- Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) advice for the development of Standard Operating Procedures.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven leadership experience in Fire & Rescue Services, preferably in aviation or military environments.
- Strong knowledge of ARFF (Aircraft Rescue & Firefighting) services and emergency response protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to lead high-pressure operations with precision and discipline.

- ضمان التواصل الواضح مع برج المراقبة وغرفة التحكم في الإطفاء.
إدارة الفريق والمحطة
- قيادة وإدارة فرق الطوارئ أثناء تنفيذ جميع المهام الميدانية.
- الإشراف على جاهزية المركبات والمعدات وإجراء الفحوصات اليومية.
- تنظيم جداول الورديات وتوزيع المهام لضمان الجاهزية التشغيلية.
التدريب والامتثال
- تنفيذ برامج تدريبية متخصصة للعاملين في مجال الإطفاء والإنقاذ.
- ضمان الالتزام بمتطلبات المنظمة الدولية للطيران المدني (ICAO) والمعايير الأخرى.
- المشاركة في التدريبات والمناورات للحفاظ على أعلى مستويات الجاهزية.
التوثيق والتقارير
- توثيق كافة الأحداث، السجلات التشغيلية، وتقارير الصيانة.
- تقديم المشورة الفنية لدعم تطوير إجراءات التشغيل القياسية.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة قيادية في مجال خدمات الإطفاء والإنقاذ، ويفضل في بيئات الطيران أو القطاع العسكري.
- معرفة قوية بعمليات الإنقاذ والإطفاء الجوي (ARFF) وبروتوكولات الاستجابة للطوارئ.
- مهارات قوية في اتخاذ القرار وحل المشكلات تحت الضغط.
- القدرة على إدارة العمليات الطارئة بكفاءة وانضباط عالي.
