Role Overview:
Raqmiyat is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Lead to join our team in Dubai. This full-time, on-site role will be responsible for overseeing project planning, implementation, and monitoring. The Project Lead will ensure that project deadlines are met and will communicate progress regularly to stakeholders. In addition, the Project Lead will play a key role in risk management, resource allocation, and guiding project teams to successful project completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the planning and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders.
- Monitor project performance, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Manage project resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment.
- Guide and support project teams to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
- Ensure compliance with project management standards and methodologies.
- Oversee the quality assurance of deliverables and project documentation.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Project Lead or in a similar leadership role within IT/Systems Integration.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in managing resources, budgets, and timelines effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and risk management skills.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities.
- Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Relevant certifications in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are a plus.

- Develop Automation Solutions:Develop automation solutions using Microsoft Power Automate and other appropriate RPA tools.
- Ongoing Support and Maintenance:Provide ongoing support and maintenance for RPA solutions post-implementation.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams:Collaborate with the internal team to assess and identify key business processes suitable for automation.
- Propose Optimal Automation Tools:Propose the best automation tools (including Microsoft Power Automate) based on process complexity, scalability, and business requirements.
- Develop and Deploy RPA Solutions:Develop and deploy RPA solutions using the selected tools, ensuring they are tailored to meet business needs.
- Ensure Integration with Existing Systems:Ensure smooth integration with existing systems and workflows.
- Provide Ongoing Support for RPA Solutions:Provide ongoing support for the RPA solutions, including troubleshooting, performance monitoring, and updates.
- Address Issues Promptly:Ensure that any issues are promptly addressed, and the bots continue to function efficiently over time.
- Automated Workflows:Automate workflows for identified business processes.
- Process Documentation:Create process documentation outlining the steps and tools used for automation.
