Job Description:
As a tour guide, you will be responsible for providing informative and engaging tours at various locations such as historical landmarks, museums, natural and cultural sites. The role requires sharing reliable information, ensuring guest safety, and enhancing their experience by providing relevant details and stories about the tourist site.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule tour itineraries based on group size, interests, and available time.
- Prepare support materials such as maps and brochures to enhance the tour experience.
- Welcome visitors and provide an overview of the tour, including key points and guidelines.
- Lead tours interactively, answer questions, and share historical and cultural context.
- Adapt to different audience needs, including families, school groups, and international visitors.
- Offer recommendations on local places, restaurants, and other tourist activities.
- Ensure participant safety by providing clear instructions and following safety procedures.
- Manage group behavior and handle any emergencies during the tour.
- Coordinate with tour operators and service providers to ensure smooth trips.
- Update tour content based on visitor feedback and any changes to tourist sites.
- Prepare reports on tour activities, customer satisfaction, and areas for improvement.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Fluency in at least two of the following languages: German, French, Spanish, Italian.
- Advanced level of English.
- High school diploma or equivalent; training courses in tourism or history are preferred.
- Previous experience as a tour guide or in customer service with strong public speaking skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the tourist site's history, culture, and geography.
- Ability to work long hours in various weather conditions.
- Flexibility to work during holidays and weekends as per tour schedules.

Job Description:
The UX/UI Designer will be responsible for designing and developing user interface experiences across web and mobile applications, focusing on usability and visual appeal.

وصف الوظيفة:
كمرشد سياحي، ستكون مسؤولًا عن تقديم جولات سياحية غنية بالمعلومات وشيقة في مواقع متنوعة مثل المعالم التاريخية والمتاحف والمناطق الطبيعية والثقافية. يتطلب الدور مشاركة معلومات موثوقة، ضمان سلامة الضيوف، وتعزيز تجربتهم من خلال تقديم تفاصيل وقصص ذات صلة بالموقع السياحي.
المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تخطيط مسارات الجولات وجدولتها وفقًا لحجم المجموعة والاهتمامات والوقت المتاح.
- تجهيز مواد مساعدة مثل الخرائط والكتيبات لتحسين تجربة الجولة.
- استقبال الزوار وتقديم لمحة عامة عن الجولة بما في ذلك أهم النقاط والإرشادات.
- قيادة الجولات بأسلوب تفاعلي، والإجابة على الأسئلة، ومشاركة السياق التاريخي والثقافي.

- القدرة على العمل لساعات طويلة في ظروف مناخية مختلفة.

سيكون مصمم UX/UI مسؤولًا عن تصميم وتطوير تجارب واجهة المستخدم عبر تطبيقات الويب والموبايل، مع التركيز على سهولة الاستخدام والجاذبية البصرية.

- تصميم وتنفيذ واجهات مستخدم متفاعلة وجذابة.
