Job Scope
The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining and repairing Smart Cash Deposit Machines (SCDM) and Automated Teller Machines (ATMs). The role involves on-site troubleshooting, phone support, and ensuring the seamless functionality of ATMs and SCDMs to minimize downtime and maximize customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Financial
- Reduce the number of site visits by offering effective remote and phone support
- Perform thorough component verification during the first visit to avoid repeat issues
- Fix hardware issues on-site efficiently
Customer Service
- Activate new machines and provide practical training to customers
- Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing their requirements promptly
Technical & Process
- Conduct routine maintenance and repairs on SCMs/ATMs
- Diagnose and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and test new software updates
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and comply with health & safety regulations
- Ensure industry compliance, particularly regarding security and data privacy
Innovation
- Introduce new technologies based on end-to-end customer requirements
- Enhance machine performance by implementing software and mechanical upgrades
- Share innovative ideas with the business and marketing teams
Selection Criteria
- 5+ years of experience in ATM/CDM technical repairs
- Strong expertise in hardware and software maintenance
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Training in R58 Recycler Hitachi and CR5 (Germany)
- Certified in Gunnebo/Sesami high-speed training (UAE)
- Completed online training on HVC coin module and RS3 Recycler Fujitsu
- Certified in Safe Pay Solution
- Certification in Automation Engineering (3-month program)
- HSCE training at BPCL Kochin Refinery
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Commerce, Finance, or a related field
