Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Legal Advisor with an interest in corporate and commercial law, shipping, oil & gas, marine construction, and engineering works to join our team at NMDC Group of Companies. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in any of the above-mentioned areas with a strong understanding of corporate and commercial, contractual, tendering, shipping, and marine construction matters. This role is essential for ensuring compliance with laws and regulations and for providing legal support and advice on various legal matters.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing, and revising a wide range of commercial agreements and other legal documentation including but not limited to guidelines, policies, and commercial agreements such as charterparty agreements, subcontracts, service agreements, pre-bid agreements, NDAs, JV agreements, MOUs, framework agreements, tender documents, supply agreements, sale and purchase agreements, and FIDIC contracts.
