 Mechanical Laboratory Technician

Responsibilities:
 Operate and maintain machines with piston movement, cranes, and moving vehicles, ensuring proper functionality and safety compliance
Install, operate, and maintain hydraulic systems and pumps, troubleshoot mechanical issues, and perform repairs, including tasks such as fixing, demounting, and lubrication operations
Perform mechanical welding, screwing, rust removal, and calibrations in accordance with manufacturer manuals to ensure systems operate within specified parameters
Work with pressure gauges, temperature gauges, and their calibrations to ensure accurate readings and optimal equipment performance
Understand and manage water pipeline systems, ensuring efficient flow control and system integrity
Handle electrical components of mechanized laboratory equipment and hydraulic control systems, with a focus on electrical safety and use of testing equipment
Apply safety procedures to identify and mitigate hazards within the laboratory, operate safety equipment such as protective clothing, goggles, and gloves, and ensure compliance with safety regulations while handling hazardous materials appropriately
Oversee the maintenance of water tanks, ensuring proper water quality control, cleaning, and repair of tank components such as filters and drainage systems


Junior Legal Advisor

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in drafting, reviewing and revising a wide range of commercial agreements and other legal documentation including but not limited to guidelines, policies and commercial agreements including charterparty agreements, subcontracts, service agreements, pre-bid agreements, NDA’s, JV agreements, MOU’s, framework agreements, tender documents, supply agreements, sale and purchase agreements, FIDIC contracts.
Analyze, interpret and inform management about risks and mitigation measures.
Maintain a record of the legal documentation and agreements in the Group’s legal database. 
Provide assistance, support and legal advice to other functions and departments. 
Assist in developing and implementing Group policies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations. 
Assist in maintaining up-to-date the Group entities’ corporate records, ensuring accuracy. 
Facilitate effective communication among team members, senior management and other relevant departments and external advisors when required. 
Conduct thorough legal research on laws, regulations, legal articles, treaties, decrees, ministerial resolutions and other codes of law and prepare reports / documents to support the legal activities of the Group within deadlines. 
Monitor, stay up to-date and advise on changes in law and regulations relevant to the business requirements of the Group. 
Ensure that the Group entities comply with applicable laws and regulations in their respective countries, primarily in the UAE, Middle East, east Asia, Africa and regions relevant to the business. 
Ensure all appropriate internal processes and procedures are followed, providing advice, support and guidance where needed.

Deputy Engineering Manager (Marine/Coastal)

 Key Responsibilities:

Manage design development, technical reviews, and project execution for marine/coastal works
Drive value engineering initiatives and optimize construction methodologies
Oversee project controls, risk management, and quality assurance systems
Lead multidisciplinary teams and coordinate with stakeholders
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and HSE standards
Lead design reviews and ensure compliance with technical standards.
Manage subcontractors, timelines, and resource allocation.
Resolve on-site engineering challenges
Liaise with environmental agencies for permits and sustainability compliance.


Key Skills:

15+ years in marine/coastal infrastructure projects, including island reclamation
Advanced knowledge of coastal processes and marine structure design
Strong background in construction planning and contract management
Experience with relevant design software and project management tools
Professional certification in Civil/Marine Engineering with project management credentials



Legal Advisor


About the job
Contribute to the development of Group’s policies and procedures to ensure compliance with relevant laws to mitigate legal risks. 
Ensure compliance with internal controls, statutory regulations and other formalities for all Group entities in their respective countries, primarily in the UAE, Middle East, east Asia, Africa and regions relevant to the business. 
Oversee timely incorporation, renewals, restructuring, or liquidation of entities as needed.
In coordination with relevant departments, promote awareness of appropriate policies, procedures and effective corporate governance across all entities, standardizing processes and providing necessary training. 
Safeguard the confidentiality and protection of data, information, and intellectual property related to the role and the Group entities.
File necessary documents with registries and liaise with external regulators, lawyers and auditors and other third parties. 
Provide sound, relevant and up-to-date legal support and advice on various legal issues, including corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property and other legal documents.
Maintain a record of the legal documentation and agreements in the Group’s legal database. 
Provide assistance, support and legal advice to other functions and departments. Draft, negotiate and review legal documents and agreements including but not limited to CPAs, subcontracts, service agreements, pre-bid agreements, NDA’s, JV agreements, MOU’s, framework agreements, tender documents, supply agreements, sale and purchase agreements, FIDIC contracts across the full spectrum of the Group entities’ activities. 


Senior Structural Engineer


About the job
University graduate with B.E. / B. Tech in Civil Engineering. Masters degree in Ocean Engineering / Structural Engineering shall be considered an added qualification.
3 years experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Field 
Must have experience in detailed and construction engineering for various types of offshore structures such as jackets, topsides and bridges etc. LQ modules experience shall be an added qualification.
Good command of written and spoken English
Good command using general computer softwares such as M. S. Office, MathCad etc.
Proficiency in using offshore structural softwares such as SACS, GRLWEAP etc.
Must be well versed with Offshore industry related guidelines, codes and regulations such as API-RP-2A, API-RP-2L, AISC, CAP-437, ICAO Annex –14, DNV rules, offshore material specifications as per BS, ASTM & Euro etc.
Good communication skills.

3 سنوات خبرة في مجال النفط والغاز البحري 
يجب أن يكون لديك خبرة في الهندسة التفصيلية والبناء لمختلف أنواع الهياكل البحرية مثل السترات والجوانب العلوية والجسور وما إلى ذلك. يجب أن تكون خبرة وحدات LQ مؤهلاً إضافيًا.
