Key Responsibilities

• Benchmarking & Market Analysis: Analyze competitor models, market trends, customer feedback, and field data to propose key improvements for future models.

• Customer Insights & Market Standards: Conduct interviews and surveys to define market design standards that ensure the release of optimal vehicle models.

• Performance & Marketability Evaluation: Lead marketability and evaluation tests to ensure engineering performance targets are met before production.

• Target Setting & Strategy: Define performance targets based on customer expectations, ensuring successful market acceptance in the GCC.

• Collaboration & Business Support: Work closely with local & global R&D teams, external partners, and test laboratories to support EV testing.

• Sales & Marketing Support: Assist marketing, sales, and planning teams with new model launches, motor shows, media drives, and sales campaigns.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Proven experience in R&D, vehicle testing, or benchmarking in the automotive industry.

• Strong understanding of EV technology, connected car systems, and GCC market trends.

• Ability to analyze data, conduct field research, and provide strategic recommendations.

• Excellent project management, communication, and leadership skills.

• Experience working with global R&D teams, test laboratories, and external partners.

المهام الوظيفية

• تحليل السوق والمنافسين: دراسة مواصفات السيارات المنافسة، وتحليل اتجاهات السوق، وبيانات الجودة الميدانية، وتقديم اقتراحات تحسين للنماذج المستقبلية.

• بحث احتياجات العملاء: إجراء مقابلات واستطلاعات رأي لفهم متطلبات العملاء وإنشاء معايير تصميم السوق لإطلاق نماذج مثالية.

• تقييم الأداء والجاذبية السوقية: تنفيذ اختبارات التقييم الهندسي على النماذج لضمان تحقيق أهداف الأداء قبل بدء الإنتاج.

• وضع الأهداف الاستراتيجية: قيادة عملية تحديد أهداف الأداء بناءً على توقعات السوق لضمان النجاح التجاري للنماذج الجديدة.

• التعاون والدعم الفني: التنسيق مع فرق البحث والتطوير العالمية والمحلية، والمختبرات الخارجية لدعم اختبارات المركبات الكهربائية.

• دعم المبيعات والتسويق: التعاون مع فرق التسويق والتخطيط في إطلاق الطرازات الجديدة، والعروض الترويجية، والمعارض الدولية، وقيادة الحملات الإعلامية.

المؤهلات والمتطلبات

• خبرة عملية في البحث والتطوير أو اختبارات المركبات أو تحليل السوق في قطاع السيارات.

• معرفة عميقة بتقنيات السيارات الكهربائية والأنظمة المتصلة واتجاهات السوق في دول الخليج.

• القدرة على تحليل البيانات، وإجراء البحوث الميدانية، ووضع استراتيجيات التطوير.

• مهارات قوية في إدارة المشاريع، والتواصل، والقيادة.

• خبرة في التعاون مع فرق البحث والتطوير العالمية والمختبرات المتخصصة والشركاء الخارجيين.
