Key Responsibilities
Vehicle Inspections & Quality Control
- Oversee automotive inspections at various stages, including receiving, Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI), and post-repair assessments.
- Identify, assess, and report damages, accidents, or missing parts to relevant departments (Management, Procurement, Warehouse, Finance, Logistics).
- Ensure all vehicles meet internal and external quality standards before delivery.
Documentation & Compliance
- Maintain accurate documentation of quality-related activities, including incident reports, QC reports, and system updates (NS, SharePoint, etc.).
- Implement and enhance inspection checklists, ensuring consistency in cross-checking vehicle specifications.
- Monitor and document all quality assurance processes to ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards.
Collaboration & Continuous Improvement
- Liaise with Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse teams to resolve quality issues and enhance processes.
- Conduct random and monthly inspections for showroom and fleet vehicles.
- Maintain high-quality standards for fleet vehicle inspections, modifications, and repairs.
Skills & Qualifications
- Automotive Quality Expertise: Strong knowledge of quality control standards and methodologies in the automotive industry.
- Organizational & Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data, generate actionable insights, and improve processes.
- Technical Proficiency: Experience with MS Office, QA tools, and ERP systems (preferred).
- Communication & Leadership: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team and work cross-functionally.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and quality improvements.

- التأكد من أن جميع المركبات تستوفي معايير الجودة الداخلية والخارجية قبل التسليم.
التوثيق والامتثال
- إعداد وتحديث التقارير الفنية وتقارير مراقبة الجودة وتحديث الأنظمة (NS, SharePoint, etc.).
- تنفيذ وتحسين قوائم الفحص لضمان التحقق الدقيق من مواصفات المركبات.
- توثيق ومراقبة جميع أنشطة الجودة لضمان الامتثال لمعايير المنظمة والصناعة.
التنسيق والتحسين المستمر
- التعاون مع فرق المشتريات والخدمات اللوجستية والمستودعات لحل المشكلات وضمان تحسين عمليات الجودة.
- إجراء عمليات تفتيش شهرية وعشوائية لمركبات المعرض والأسطول.
- الحفاظ على معايير عالية في فحص وتعديل وإصلاح المركبات.
المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة في جودة السيارات: معرفة قوية بمعايير وضوابط الجودة في صناعة السيارات.
- مهارات تحليلية وتنظيمية: القدرة على تحليل البيانات وتقديم رؤى قابلة للتنفيذ لتحسين العمليات.
- إجادة البرامج التقنية: خبرة في MS Office، أدوات مراقبة الجودة، وأنظمة ERP (ميزة إضافية).
- مهارات الاتصال والقيادة: مهارات تواصل قوية مع القدرة على قيادة الفريق والتنسيق بين الإدارات.
- الاهتمام بالتفاصيل: تركيز عالٍ على الدقة والامتثال ومعايير الجودة.
