Job Details

Liwa College is seeking a Professor/Associate Professor specializing in Communication, Mass Communication, or Digital Media. The language of instruction for this program is Arabic. The selected candidate will commence their role in September 2025 at our Abu Dhabi campus.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach both theoretical and practical communication courses.

• Deliver undergraduate and graduate courses based on faculty requirements.

• Engage in faculty, college, community, and professional service activities.

• Contribute to the ongoing development and promotion of the program.

Requirements

• Proven academic excellence in teaching and research.

• A strong publication record in internationally recognized, peer-reviewed journals, including Scopus-indexed or Arcif-indexed Arabic journals.

• Experience in supervising theses and dissertations.

• Ability to integrate Artificial Intelligence applications into teaching is a plus.

• Proficiency in digital media tools and social media management is highly desirable.

المهام الوظيفية

• تدريس مقررات الاتصال النظرية والعملية.

• تقديم مقررات لمرحلتي البكالوريوس والدراسات العليا وفق احتياجات الكلية.

• المشاركة في أنشطة الخدمة الأكاديمية والمجتمعية والمهنية.

• المساهمة في تطوير البرنامج وتعزيزه.

الشروط

• سجل أكاديمي متميز في التدريس والبحث العلمي.

• سجل نشر بحثي قوي في مجلات دولية محكمة، خاصة في المجلات المفهرسة في Scopus أو Arcif باللغة العربية.

• خبرة في الإشراف على الرسائل العلمية.

• القدرة على توظيف تطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي في التدريس تُعد ميزة إضافية.

• إجادة استخدام أدوات الإعلام الرقمي وإدارة وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
