Job Opportunity: Planning Engineer at Lazourdy Contracting & General Maintenance
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Job Type: Full-time, On-site
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain a detailed Baseline Program for projects, including Work Breakdown Structures (WBS), activities, and milestones.
Utilize Primavera P6 to create, update, and manage project schedules.
Prepare and update weekly & monthly project progress reports, including S-curves and Gantt charts.
Conduct regular meetings with project teams to review progress and address scheduling issues.
Monitor project progress against the baseline schedule, identifying potential delays or deviations.
Ensure the schedule aligns with the project execution strategy and that milestones are achievable.
Develop S-curves and manpower histograms for resource management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in project planning within the construction industry.
More than 1 year of hands-on experience with Primavera P6.
Strong knowledge of project scheduling, planning, and cost control.
Ability to interpret engineering, procurement, and construction terminology.
Strong communication and teamwork skills.
Experience in civil and MEP works is an advantage.

المهام والمسؤوليات:
- تطوير وصيانة البرنامج الأساسي للمشروع، بما في ذلك هيكل تقسيم العمل (WBS) والأنشطة والمعالم الزمنية.
- استخدام Primavera P6 لإنشاء وتحديث وإدارة جداول المشروع.
- إعداد وتحديث تقارير تقدم المشروع الأسبوعية والشهرية، بما في ذلك منحنيات S ومخططات Gantt.
- عقد اجتماعات دورية مع فرق المشروع لمراجعة التقدم وحل المشكلات المتعلقة بالجدولة الزمنية.
- مراقبة تقدم المشروع مقابل الجدول الزمني الأساسي، وتحديد أي تأخيرات أو انحرافات محتملة.
- التأكد من توافق الجدول الزمني مع استراتيجية تنفيذ المشروع وضمان تحقيق المعالم الرئيسية.
- تطوير منحنيات S ورسوم توزيع القوى العاملة لتحليل الموارد.
المؤهلات والمتطلبات:
- درجة البكالوريوس في الهندسة أو مجال ذي صلة.
- خبرة لا تقل عن 5 سنوات في تخطيط المشاريع بقطاع الإنشاءات.
- خبرة عملية لا تقل عن سنة واحدة في استخدام Primavera P6.
- معرفة قوية في جدولة المشاريع والتخطيط والتحكم في التكاليف.
- القدرة على فهم وتطبيق مصطلحات ومفاهيم الهندسة والمشتريات والإنشاءات.
- مهارات قوية في التواصل والعمل الجماعي.
- يفضل الخبرة في الأعمال المدنية وMEP.
