Public Relations Intern

Support the team in distributing press releases to targeted media outlets.

Assist in identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with influencers and bloggers.

Monitor media coverage and compile detailed reports on PR activities and campaign performance.

Provide administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth execution of PR campaigns.

Attend internal and external meetings and events as required.

Collaborate with team members to develop creative PR strategies.

Research industry trends and competitor activities.

Assist in crafting compelling content for media pitches and press materials.

Maintain media contact lists and ensure regular updates.

Support crisis communication efforts as needed.
Account Executive
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates (On-site)

Assist in preparing and sending monthly client invoices by the 1st of each month.

Support in tracking collections and following up on pending client payments in coordination with the General Accountant.

Maintain and update client Statements of Accounts (SOAs) monthly.

Help prepare monthly reconciliation of incoming and outgoing payments.
-
Assist in managing company credit card usage and ensure budgets are properly recorded.
-
Support with supplier payment processing and documentation.
-
Maintain accurate records of all accounting transactions and filing of relevant documents.
-
Assist in compiling reports such as Profit & Loss and Sales reports for review by the General Accountant.

Coordinate with the HR/Admin team for salary slips and wage processing.
-
Help in preparing documentation required for tax returns and annual audits.

المساعدة في إعداد وإرسال الفواتير الشهرية للعملاء بحلول الأول من كل شهر.

دعم تتبع التحصيلات ومتابعة المدفوعات المعلقة بالتنسيق مع المحاسب العام.

تحديث كشوف الحسابات الشهرية للعملاء.
-
المساعدة في إعداد تسويات شهرية للمدفوعات الواردة والصادرة.
-
المساهمة في إدارة استخدام بطاقات الائتمان الخاصة بالشركة وضمان تسجيل الميزانيات بشكل صحيح.
-
دعم معالجة مدفوعات الموردين وإعداد المستندات اللازمة.
-
الحفاظ على سجلات دقيقة لجميع المعاملات المحاسبية وأرشفة المستندات ذات الصلة.
-
المساعدة في إعداد تقارير مثل تقارير الأرباح والخسائر وتقارير المبيعات لمراجعة المحاسب العام.
-
التنسيق مع فريق الموارد البشرية/الإدارة لإعداد كشوف المرتبات ومعالجة الأجور.
-
المساعدة في إعداد المستندات المطلوبة للإقرارات الضريبية والتدقيقات السنوية.
