Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement robust compliance policies, procedures, and frameworks.

What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in compliance, with at least 6 years in a leadership role.
- Strong expertise in risk management, regulatory compliance, and corporate ethics.
- Hands-on experience in program management and strategic planning.
- Proven ability to lead investigations and drive compliance initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field (certification in risk & compliance is a plus).

المهام الوظيفية
- تطوير وتنفيذ سياسات وإجراءات وأطر امتثال قوية.

- تقديم استشارات متخصصة حول الامتثال والحوكمة التنظيمية.
- قيادة تحقيقات الاحتيال وتقييم المخاطر وإجراء التدقيق الداخلي.
- تنفيذ برامج تدريبية لتعزيز ثقافة الامتثال والأخلاقيات المهنية.
- التعاون مع أصحاب المصلحة الداخليين لتحسين استراتيجيات الامتثال.
المؤهلات المطلوبة
- خبرة لا تقل عن 10 سنوات في الامتثال، مع 6 سنوات على الأقل في منصب قيادي.
- معرفة واسعة في إدارة المخاطر، الامتثال التنظيمي، والأخلاقيات المؤسسية.
- خبرة عملية في إدارة البرامج والتخطيط الاستراتيجي.
- قدرة مثبتة على قيادة التحقيقات ودفع مبادرات الامتثال.
- درجة البكالوريوس في إدارة الأعمال أو القانون أو أي مجال ذي صلة (شهادة في المخاطر والامتثال تعتبر ميزة إضافية).
