Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily logistics activities, including organizing local and international transport and overseeing dispatch operations.

• Develop and implement end-to-end logistics solutions to ensure on-time pickup and delivery of goods.

• Prepare order acknowledgments, invoices, and shipping documents, ensuring compliance with local policies.

• Handle urgent spare parts orders and ensure timely availability of parts needed for service.

• Oversee customs clearance processes with approved customs brokers and maintain import/export records.

• Arrange domestic and international travel bookings, including flights, accommodations, and car rentals.

• Support the spare parts team in order entry, tracking, and quotations for repairs, spare parts, and services.

• Maintain an accurate tracking system for quotations and proposals, contributing to sales performance KPIs.

• Interpret technical drawings and blueprints to facilitate order processing.

Requirements

• Proven experience in logistics, import/export, and spare parts coordination.

• Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.

• Ability to work in fast-paced environments while managing multiple priorities.

• Proficiency in logistics software, Microsoft Office, and order tracking tools.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Familiarity with technical drawings and blueprints is a plus.
