Job Description
Plans and controls the operation and routing of the international telecom network and ensures that Etisalat Networks comply with global standards, procedures, and guidelines. Ensures service continuity during major outages and service delivery efficiency to optimize the use of the existing network. Coordinates with concerned teams for the migration of circuits from one International Gateway to another, integration of new network nodes such as IPX, and arranges for meeting contingencies and secondary route requirements. Acts as the single point of contact for technical matters with the list of accounts relevant to their region.
Duties & Responsibilities

Optimize international traffic routing plans in their allocated region for IDD, ISDN, and 3G video telephony services, taking into account commercial agreements, QoS, and strategic aspects.

Develop SS7 test plans and issue relevant Work Orders for new interconnections and network re-configuration (migration, expansion, introduction of new nodes, etc.) in their respective region.

About the Opportunity:
Job Purpose:
Assist in managing end-to-end digital portfolio for customers and selling into key accounts in e& enterprise. Working with Business Team in UAE Telco, and other LoB/BD teams in e& enterprise.
Build, foster and maintain relationships in mapped accounts to generate revenue growth, build sales pipeline, maintain recurring business, and secure new deals, whilst providing operational excellence to customers.
Key Responsibilities:

Build industry-specific knowledge (for instance, BFSI, Aviation, Government, Utilities, etc.) to build expertise and connections to facilitate incremental business closure.

Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements for all key account holders and articulate specific industry-related market trends, as well as customer threats, opportunities, and barriers to growth.

Expand relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.

Ensure that the correct products, solutions, and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
