Details
We are looking for talented professionals with a CIP (Cigma Internship Program) Certification and a strong understanding of medical coding, billing systems, medical terminologies, regulatory requirements, and auditing principles.
Job Responsibilities
- Collaborate with physicians to ensure precise clinical documentation, reducing insurance rejections and denials.
- Provide feedback on coding errors and compliance oversight.
- Work with the insurance team for pre-authorization of procedures before billing.
- Extract necessary data from health records to identify secondary complications and co-morbidities.
- Ensure compliance with DHA guidelines and regulations in coding.
- Prepare statistical and analytical reports to aid facility administration and improvements.
- Manage timely submission of medical claims, verify billing accuracy, follow up on unpaid claims, and ensure compliance with contract discounts.
Requirements
- CIP Certification is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in medical coding and billing.
- Ability to relocate or commute to Sharjah. Candidates currently residing in Sharjah will be given preference.

التفاصيل
نبحث عن محترفين موهوبين حاصلين على شهادة CIP (برنامج التدريب الداخلي في سيجما) ويتمتعون بفهم قوي للترميز الطبي، أنظمة الفوترة، المصطلحات الطبية، المتطلبات التنظيمية، ومفاهيم التدقيق.
المهام الوظيفية
- التنسيق مع الأطباء لضمان توثيق سريري دقيق وتقليل رفض التأمين وتقليل حالات الرفض.
- تقديم ملاحظات حول أخطاء الترميز والامتثال.
- التعاون مع فريق التأمين للحصول على الموافقات المسبقة للإجراءات قبل الفوترة.
- استخراج البيانات اللازمة من السجلات الصحية لتحديد المضاعفات الثانوية والأمراض المصاحبة.
- ضمان الامتثال لإرشادات ولوائح هيئة الصحة بدبي (DHA).
- إعداد تقارير تحليلية وإحصائية لدعم تحسينات الإدارة في المنشأة.
- تقديم المطالبات الطبية لشركات التأمين في الوقت المناسب، والتحقق من دقة الفواتير، ومتابعة المطالبات غير المدفوعة، وضمان الامتثال للخصومات التعاقدية.

- القدرة على الانتقال أو التنقل إلى الشارقة. سيتم إعطاء الأولوية للمقيمين حاليًا في الشارقة.
