About the job
- Collaborate with various departments to manage an efficient flow of all materials.
- Maintain all sensitive data information and prepare an appropriate production schedule.
- Track materials status on a weekly basis and ensure all documentation is up-to-date.
- Prepare required documents and drawings while maintaining files for material deliveries.
- Coordinate with Production Managers and Supervisors to prepare a priority list of materials.
- Generate various document control reports and follow up on site requirements.
- Check material lists and setting-out drawings, coordinating with the design team.
- Maintain close coordination with project sites and ensure timely follow-ups.
- Work with the logistics team to allocate prioritized material locations.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
- Experience managing inventory and coordinating material movements.
- Knowledge of facade materials and supply chain logistics is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
Advance Steel Designer

We are looking for a detail-oriented and skilled Advanced Steel Designer who can leverage Autodesk Advance Steel and BIM methodologies to streamline steel detailing, fabrication, and construction workflows. Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop accurate 3D models, shop drawings, and fabrication details using Autodesk Advance Steel.
- Gather and analyze project-related information from external sources (Contractors, Architects, etc.) and internal teams (Production, Exports) to produce precise and coordinated drawings.
- Review and interpret Contract Specifications and Drawings to ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Ensure that Shop Drawings align with Architectural and Structural specifications and are consistent with the approved BOQ.
- Execute drafting tasks, including concept design, shop drawings, MTO, cutting lists, and setting-out drawings.
- Apply industry best practices to enhance communication and coordination between design and fabrication teams.
