Exciting Opportunity for an Application Engineer
About the Job:
We are looking for a skilled Application Engineer to provide technical support, training, and installation of Esko and non-Esko prepress software solutions. You will play a crucial role in integrating ArtiosCAD, Studio, Deskpack, ArtPro+, Automation Engine, WebCentre, and Imaging Engine into customers' workflows while ensuring smooth operations in flexible packaging, flexo tapes, laminating, and digital printing applications.
Job Responsibilities:
-
Install, configure, and integrate Esko software solutions into customer workflows.
-
Provide post-sales training (onsite and remote) to customers.
-
Handle customer technical queries, troubleshooting, and support escalations.
-
Collaborate with Esko’s global support team for issue resolution.
-
Support flexo adhesives, inks, and Cyrel flexo plates applications.
-
Conduct web-based and classroom training for new and existing customers.
-
Maintain high customer satisfaction and provide timely support.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Printing or equivalent experience.
-
Knowledge of Esko software, Windows Server, and MS SQL.
-
Strong understanding of prepress, color management, and workflow automation.
-
Hands-on experience in flexible packaging and flexo printing applications.
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-
Ability to train, communicate, and interact professionally with customers.
-
Familiarity with Salesforce or ticketing tools is a plus.
Experience:
-
3+ years of relevant experience in prepress software applications.

المهارات والمؤهلات المطلوبة:

دبلوم أو درجة البكالوريوس في الطباعة أو خبرة عملية معادلة.

معرفة ببرامج Esko، خوادم Windows، و MS SQL.
-
فهم قوي لمفاهيم ما قبل الطباعة، إدارة الألوان، وأتمتة سير العمل.
-
خبرة عملية في التعبئة المرنة وتقنيات الطباعة الفلكسو.
