Secret Gardens LLC is a high-end, design-oriented landscaping and pool company with 7 years of experience in the UAE. We are seeking a Civil Project Manager to join our team of architects, engineers, and construction professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct preliminary site studies.
- Coordinate design management with the Landscape Architect.
- Prepare project estimates and tender documents.
- Oversee environmental and health & safety procedures.
- Maintain and repair tools and equipment.
- Develop and maintain excellent customer service and communication.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in Dubai as a Site Engineer, Project Manager, or Landscape Manager in landscaping or construction.
- Civil Engineering degree.
- Experience in procurement for civil, MEP, plants, swimming pools, and finishing works in Dubai.
- Strong knowledge of market prices.
- Experience in managing and developing teams for large projects.
- Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, AutoCAD, and MS Project.
- English proficiency is required; Arabic is a plus.
